First impressions are very important. Two waiting areas. One with tv the other with music video, food and drinks. Large clean area and a restroom which was spotless. Outside parking is easy and the plants are a nice touch. The manager and staff were all very personable and professionable. These people are all so lovely. They were very kind to me & assured me they were doing all that they could for me. Everyone working there made it very clear that my safety was their top priority! I came in for issues with my engine, but was also notified of a fuel leak after further inspection. Hate to see such poor reviews because people are just spoiled babies when it comes to waiting. Yes, I waited for about an hour and a half for my oil change but the guys were quick to tell me that they had to order I two oil filters from a source - I didn't know my 2013 rag top Super Beetle has an oil filter and a turbo filter and it took some time to get it. All in all, I wasn't in too big a hurry and I kept busy on my phone while I waited. The guys also ran a diagnostic on my car which I've never seen ANY other oil change place do. They let me know I have a bad sensor on one of my wheels and that I shouldn't have any problems with my car with a wheel light on. Next time I get a chance to hit up the dealership, I'll get it cleared or fixed. These guys were fun to hang around and talk to, down to earth, and busy. The shop is always full and anyone who is expecting to get five star service for one of the cheapest places in town for an oil change is fooling themselves. They do a good job in a reasonable amount of time. They saved me a lot of money and I can't ask for more than that. read more

I was very pleased with the care for my vehicle at this establishment. I took my car in for the $29 oil change which included a general inspection, topped all fluids, and tire rotation. After my car went to the back, they came out to the lobby, brought me to the back, and had me look at my tires. I had a nail in one and the metal was showing on another. This is the worst Auto Body shop I have ever been too. In addition to the standard oil change and engine checks taking twice as long as they said it would (with no additional explanation), the mechanic backed into a parked car with my car and then when I asked if they had insurance I was told, "I have no idea." I was never told that information and the body shop insisted that the bumper only needs light buffing, that they can have done at another shop. Riiiight because I should trust their recommendation after they damaged my car. I insisted that they replace my bumper because it is not possible to know if the bumper is damaged internally and buffing causes the clear coat to crack faster and I was told no. So, I am going to get the insurance company involved which you would think would be more costly for them in the long run, but I am unable to trust this company. Everyone makes mistakes, but there should be a policy in place and you should at least pretend to care about your customer's concerns. If someone entrusts you with a valuable asset and asks completely reasonable questions like do you have insurance, it is hard to understand why you do not feel like you need to respond. read more

What a ripoff! They lure you in with a cheap oil change but wanted to charge $81 to replace a headlight bulb. The bulb costs $10. Why would you charge $71 for labor??? That's not right! I'm glad we went to Pep Boys instead. Jack at Pep Boys was very honest and replaced the bulb in 5 minutes for....drum roll...$11!!! DO NOT go to Precision unless you want to pay 800% more! Right down the street is Pep Boys. I normally prefer to support independent companies but not if they rip you off like Precision. read more

I took our 2010 Ford Flex in on Monday because it was making loud creaking noises like the body of the car was not attached to the frame well and also our air wasn't working on one side of the car. Now the car steers well, no creaking, the a/c is super cold on BOTH sides, and it rides exceptionally well. The front counter employee was friendly and helpful too. Also, the waiting area was clean and had seats that are very comfortable. Oh, and the price was reasonable. I will be bringing my car here when I need any car maintenance done! read more

Took my truck in for an oil change and afterwards the truck wouldn't start. They told me the fuel pump went out while they were working on it and tried to charge me for an oil change AND a new fuel pump. When I asked them about their responsibility for a mechanical failure while they were working on the truck they said they weren't responsible, got confrontational and didn't try to help me in any way shape form or fashion. Not can we give you a ride somewhere, can we call a tow truck, can we find you a fuel pump at a discount.. None of that. Just said it was gonna happen anyway, it's your responsibility we won't and can't help you. DO NOT take your vehicle here. You have been warned. read more

I came in on August 30th 2018 for the simple oil change that cost $16.90. I asked that if they would lift it up in the air and was told "yes" to do my oil change because I have been having some problems with my muffler. But anyway, an oil change doesn't take 3 hours, weren't very busy. Maybe 2 people in the building besides myself. After 3 hours of my truck sitting in the air and them running a "diagnostic" my fuel pump, motor and something else was leaking. It wasn't leaking the day before and now my whole driveway it covered in oil. These people are scam artists, and the camera and microphone on the truck will suffice, my uncle is Dothan has been a mechanic for 38 years. He can tell if it's been tampered with, the camera & mic can also . Too bad that people aren't honest anymore. $1700 for them to fix what they intentionally did to my truck and as I was asking "Jeremy" about the oil change price to see if I was going to get scammed because he showed me the undercarriage of my truck and it looked like he wiped oil all underneath it, when I looked underneath the day before I took it to this sorry place, it was bone dry. Should have read the other poor reviews first - it really is terribly slow service. Other people in the waiting room were making the same comments, too. Worst place to get anything done other than an oil change. Literally took 7 hours to get an oil leak fixed and i was the first one there. They'll tell you like 2 or 3 hours but then somehow the person that always brings the parts bring the wrong one and then you have to wait wayyyy longer. Never coming back again! read more

Dont waste your time! I arrived and was quoted a one hour wait which was fine because it was 10am on a Saturday. I ended up spending 4 hours waiting for a basic oil change only to be offered a $3 discount from my bill. This was once the only place I would trust to change my oil but after the way that I was treated on yesterday I will not be returning. This has to be the slowest oil change place ever. Waited over an hour and my car still had not even been pulled in to the garage. The staff was very unapologetic and rude when I told them I could not wait any longer. Several other customers walked out as well. I took my Toyota pickup truck and the wait was approximately an hour I was quoted a price. I use my debit card and was charged 5 more dollars when I receive my bank statement. They did correct the overcharge once it was pointed out to them but that's not the worst. When I got home I checked my oil which was dirty and it was overfilled by approximately a quart and I drive a 4-cylinder. I went to Advanced Auto and bought my own oil and filter and took it to another shop and had it changed. Then I need my oil and filter had been properly changed in the fill level was correct.
