They never diagnosed my car, never called with an update, and refused to take responsibility. The lack of basic respect and accountability is shocking!I had my car towed to GMC, and they diagnosed it within a DAY! It's already set to be fixed in two days. This just proves that Rapid Tire is the problem--not my car. Although I have a "warranty" with Rapid Tire (for whatever joke that is worth), I'd rather pay more for actual service than be treated the way they treat their customers. If you value your time, money, and sanity, AVOID THIS PLACE. There are better, more professional repair shops that actually care about their customers. East Coast Gear Supply shipped the already built differentials (with ARB lockers) to Foreman's for installation. Chris kept me up to date on the progress and informed me that two parts were needed (after doing the research on-line) for the installation of the ARB Air compressor. They did a clean and neat install of the compressor and of course the differentials as well. They did a bit more work than they quoted me for but kept the price the same. All in all a great experience and extremely satisfied.
