This company proved to be a totally dishonest establishment. I took my vehicle to them for an…read moreelectrical issue (a faulty door lock switch, power window switch and non working key fob). Several days later, they called me and told me the vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up. Within an hour of taking the vehicle home, the problems persisted with the door locks and key fob, the window remained working. I took it back to the shop. Todd assured me there will be no additional charges since it was still under warranty (one day later SMH). After several more days, I went to the shop and was told that it might be another issue causing the problem. He asked me to bring it back and he would look at it further. I told him that I was displeased because of the amount I was charged and the fact that the vehicle was still experiencing power issues. His response: "Well, we did get the window to work." Shortly after, I initiated a Credit dispute. The Credit company contacted Todd's auto, and theTodd's Auto blatantly lied and told the Credit Card company that they only charged me to have the window fixed and nothing else. My response was: "Why did I bring it back under the warranty if the window was still working and that was all I needed to be fixed?" If you have money to throw away, for poor or no service, take your vehicle to Todd's Auto and hand them your money. At least you'll walk away knowing they didn't steal it from you.

HAPPY ENDING: I came to Columbus from North Carolina to visit my wife's family this April. Mere…read morehours into town, my Hyundai Sonata cut out while driving. Fortunately I was in a parking lot, not on the road, and was able to coast to a stop without a crash! My in-laws recommended Todd's based on their years getting their cars worked on by Todd's Auto Clinic. I was able to get the car towed to Todd's and they had my car back to me in two days (it was the fuel pump). 3 days later there was a glitch (this is the less happy part) and the car started hesitating and not responding to the gas pedal like it should. Back to Todd's, where they installed a new fuel pump gasket (the initial 'new' gasket had failed) then drove the vehicle to us - no charge. They made the work good. Thus the happy ending.

I have not only done business with pro motors for over 8 years, I have also referred everyone I…read moreknow there. I am not sure what changed but I recommend taking your business somewhere else. I had a simple request of asking what an estimate (ball park) would be to replace a rear main seal. The owner's daughter quickly informed me that we don't give estimates without a diagnostic (explanation was very rude). I tried to explain that understanding that there could be something else wrong with the jeep. I attempted to reiterate that I concur, but would still like an estimate of what it would cost to replace a rear main seal. I told her that I am fine with paying the diagnostic fee, if the price to fix the rear main seal was not extravagant. I would like to have a ball park idea of what I am getting into! I told her I understand that if they do the diagnostic and it is something else than the price would be completely different. I have worked on cars for 30 years to include rebuilding engines and that I have a little knowledge. I have clearly seen that the rear main seal is leaking. At this point she became even more hostile but agreed to let me speak with her dad. The owner understood the issue and my stance, but chose to defend his daughter. I believe the associated overhead of getting a new building has caused them to change their business dynamics and possibly attempt to gouge people similar to shady mechanics. The customer service was the worst I have ever seen. Maybe the owner will realize that his daughter is not the best person to put in front of customers. I don't think it is unreasonable to ask if this is the case (rear main seal) what could potentially be the price. Give me an estimate, I determine if it is within my budget, if so I pay for a diagnostic to CONFIRM my suspicions then I pay to fix the issue. It seems to me that they are making a killing with diagnostic tests $150 and don't want to jeopardize it. Avoid at all cost!

They are obviously very serious professionals, nothing less. They were ever so awesomely nice too. They even called me to tell me the pump wasn't bad, it was the tensioner bearings, but they suggested, and I agreed, since they had to take off the timing belt anyhow, and they had it, replace it. I love that they actually did call me as requested instead of just doing it. They worked with me and I expect I'll be back this week for another car problem (clutch) - same car, but hey, it gets 35mpg! Dan

*SAME DAY SERVICE*…read more Let me start off by saying, I had an appointment first thing this morning at 0800 with Firestone for a tire repair. I saw a nail in my tire so naturally I thought this was causing my tire to deflate. Well, it turns out my rim was cracked so a guy suggested Columbus Custom Exhaust (CCE). I left Firestone and immediately drove to CCE. They didn't open til 0900 but I managed to arrive by 0905. I explained my situation and was told the price was dependent on how many cracks there were in the rim. They even told me how much dependent on the number found. Keep in mind, I knew how many there were because Firestone showed me the rim. Needless to say, I was a little hesitant considering I'm a woman and sometimes we can be taken advantage of. Not here! My car was lifted off the ground at 0919 and one crack was found and repaired by 1310 (4 hours). I'm super impressed and recommend this business for your various needs. I hope this review helps you make an informed decision as I received professional service from start to finish!
