What a great store setup! I loved the drive-thru Air Check station and the fact I didn't even have to get out of my car. My biggest complaint are the actual tires. The last set I bought were supposed to last 60,000 miles but only lasted 33,000 miles . I called them as a 2nd opinion after Franklin Auto had given me an estimate. I talked to Brandon, who owns the place but I didn't realize it at that time. He was great on the phone and quickly provided me an estimate which was about $400 cheaper. They were able to get my car towed (they have the cheapest rate for towing in Auburn by the way) and quickly got to work. They had my car ready as promised and though it was still expensive, the final bill was slightly less than the estimate provided. When I needed to pick up my car, they were great to have somebody drive it home for me. I noticed while I was waiting that they were very busy but were still completely courteous to their clients. Makes it easier to shell out money when you get the feeling that you are dealing with earm people that are unlikely to cheat you. Visit Tiger Tire and Auto. The only AAA certified auto mechanics in Auburn. I know that just sounded like I work for them but I promise that I really don't.

Absolutely terrible experience with Tire Engineers/Express Oil Change in Columbus, Georgia. I…read morebrought my 2020 BMW X1 in for a routine oil change and left being told my oil pan supposedly failed due to "normal wear and tear." After getting a second inspection, I was informed the drain plug appeared over-torqued, the oil pan appeared stripped/damaged, and TWO gasket rings had been installed on the drain plug, which I was told is NOT standard procedure. What's even worse is management admitted the second gasket ring was not documented on the invoice, yet continued trying to use the invoice as proof that everything was done correctly. That makes absolutely no sense. If the actual condition of the vehicle does not match the invoice, then the invoice is inaccurate. The store manager, James Dykes, and the regional manager, Scott, both refused accountability and repeatedly doubled down despite the discrepancies. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was interrupted, spoken to disrespectfully, and treated as though I did not understand what I was talking about. Scott also refused to provide his contact information and instead chose to call me from a blocked number. The entire experience felt dismissive and incredibly unprofessional. People trust businesses like this with their vehicles and safety. Most customers are not mechanics and rely on these establishments to properly service vehicles with honesty and integrity. My vehicle was not leaking oil before being serviced here, and now I'm dealing with damage and additional expenses that could have been avoided. I strongly encourage anyone using this business to get second opinions, inspect their vehicles thoroughly after service, and keep all documentation.

But, after they replaced my tire they told me I should also replace all my break pads and my rotors... not a cheap fix. He told me all I needed was new break pads on the front and an oil change... which cost less than half of what Auburn Tire had tried to charge me.
