At the point of sale I was so exhausted after spending all day at the dealership that I did not take another hour to read every page I signed. It was my fault I did not see I was charged. I read everything the next day at home. I was never asked or told about GAP coverage. I was not concerned as I did read I had 30 days to cancel with a full refund. I requested the cancel in writing two days after the purchase. I sent all parties a copy of request. Mail was return undeliverable from KIA 1687 S, College St address. I contacted my sales agent the same day it was returned and emailed the request for process the same day. He was wonderful and assured me it would be taken care of. Still within a week of purchase. I have had to chase the refund to my loan. When the bank received the refund it was prorated. So, again I had to chase why. That's when contact with me stopped from the local dealer. I have contacted corporate office and I was assured a check for the difference had been sent. They did not know where or when I would get that check or if it was sent to me or my bank. They only ask what shade you want I arrived and was greeted promptly and checked in. They have a small waiting room inside with a TV, water etc available while you wait. There's also a nice outside patio area as well. My appointment was for 1pm and I was done around 3:30pm. It was nice that the inside was wiped down and there were no drips (or spots) from installation. I've definitely had places that just leave a mess and cost WAY more. There is a small convenience fee if you use a card vs cash. That's the norm at a lot of small businesses, so I didn't mind it. I definitely recommend coming here. Auburn Tire helped me with patching my tire and then when that didn't fix the leak (because a cut…read moreon the side of the tire), they replaced my tire in less than an hour! But, after they replaced my tire they told me I should also replace all my break pads and my rotors... not a cheap fix. I decided to wait and ended up taking it to a place in Phenix City near where I work instead. He told me my rotors are COMPLETELY FINE and do NOT need to be replaced. He told me all I needed was new break pads on the front and an oil change... which cost less than half of what Auburn Tire had tried to charge me. Suggest getting a second opinion after looking into Auburn Tire.
