Car battery issues are such a drag for numerous reasons. But thankfully this AutoZone made dealing…read morewith them less of a hassle! The courteous employees were able to look up battery options over the phone and give out pricing. Then once at the shop, they quickly verified that the battery had called it quits, replaced it, and even offered up tips for keeping batteries healthy. The employees were all wearing face coverings correctly. Other customers? Hit or miss. There were also barriers at the registers. I did notice that there were several women employees working. This is great if you don't identify as a man and find auto parts stores to sometimes be intimidating or unwelcoming. But one guy who was there was helpful and quickly pointed out where something was when I asked where I could find it. I don't know for certain, but due to the existence of an O'Reilly Auto Parts store right next door, I'd assume prices are rather competitive.

He got the right size of spark plug wires and helped us out in the parking lot until things went back to normal! Only a four because we went there in the first place and ended up with the wrong size of wires. . . .which caused the ordeal. But! Being away from home with no more mechanic friends, this place is next best!!

Shady and disgusting business practices. This dealership is…read morethe worst I have ever done business with. They informed me my car was having issues covered under warranty but it needed to bring the check engine light back on before they could service it. Once the light came back on they refused to service it claiming it needed the entire engine replaced for a separate issue. Every conversation I had with them was filled with lies and they refused to honor their word. I did exactly what their tech and mechanic told me to do and suddenly they claimed this never happened. Never do business here and never buy a Kia if you want a reliable car.

I'd leave no stars if I could. In our combined 100 years of car shopping, this is the slimiest…read moredealership we've ever run across. Unethical doesn't do it justice. Was told they were getting the car we wanted and it was just up the road. Sat there watching the parking lot for hours only to find out it was somewhere in Florida and they weren't getting it until we agreed to buy it. Nothing but lie after lie. They pulled a bait and switch on us. We had been negotiating on an AWD. After we got home, we discovered we had a FWD. Contacted our salesperson and he said he'd do everything in his power to make it right. They have refused to make it right. I got a survey and lo and behold, they had filled it out with excellent marks and forged my signature. I could go on because there was so much dishonesty. Avoid this place like the plaque. we won't go back for any service work. we will make the drive to go elsewhere.

I brought my vehicle in to Whitt's Auto Service Center for an A/C issue and was quoted $1,300 for a…read morecompressor replacement. I agreed to the repair based on how the service is described on their website, which states that compressor replacements are typically performed using a kit that includes the compressor, accumulator (drier), and any needed expansion components. After the compressor was installed, the system did not operate correctly. The pressure readings indicated a restriction in the system. During the repair, the accumulator/drier and expansion valve were not replaced. When I raised this concern, I was informed that replacing those components was not part of the original scope of work and was quoted an additional $1,400 to complete those repairs. From my understanding, those components are commonly addressed as part of a complete A/C repair and are also referenced in the service description on the shop's website. Throughout the discussion, I made it clear that I was not trying to avoid paying for the work performed, but rather wanted the repair completed in a way that would result in a properly functioning system. At times, it was difficult to fully communicate my concerns, and there was some disagreement regarding the information I was referencing. I clarified that my understanding was based on the shop's own website. Ultimately, we were unable to come to an agreement on how to proceed. The shop removed the newly installed compressor, reinstalled my original unit, and returned the vehicle to me at no charge. I do appreciate that I was not billed and that the shop was willing to reverse the work. However, the A/C system remains unresolved, and there was a disconnect between how the compressor replacement service is described and what was performed in my case.

They only ask what shade you want I arrived and was greeted promptly and checked in. They have a small waiting room inside with a TV, water etc available while you wait. There's also a nice outside patio area as well. My appointment was for 1pm and I was done around 3:30pm. It was nice that the inside was wiped down and there were no drips (or spots) from installation. I've definitely had places that just leave a mess and cost WAY more. There is a small convenience fee if you use a card vs cash. That's the norm at a lot of small businesses, so I didn't mind it. I definitely recommend coming here. It was worth the drive from LaGrange!
