All of those that recommended Country's Cycle, thank you! I purchased a bike that had been garaged…read morefor several years that displayed some bad behavior. I dropped it off on a Saturday and was notified that it was ready on Wednesday. I was running late and called Country's, they stayed open passed closing time to wait for me and remained for several minutes to explain in detail what they had done and things I should have done in the future. The bike is running like new, they did everything I asked for, nothing I didn't. I feel confident recommending Country's to anyone in need of motorcycle service, everyone is extremely polite (difficult to find these days) , larger companies should take a look at businesses like Country's and take note of what good customer service is. Update: What can I say about my second trip to see Country's? Well, I had an unknown issue on a custom bike with a complicated history. They had it figured out and had me back on the road in a few days (major work). On the way home I had an unrelated breakdown and they came and picked me up on the side of the highway after quitting hours. They apologized for an unknown problem that turned out to have had nothing to do with the work they had done. I'll be a lifelong customer as long as they're around!

Great service. Super nice lady working the front desk who actually knew what she was talking about…read more Extremely fast and take good care. Got me back on the road with issues fixed Harley couldn't find. Definitely going back.

Just bought an MT07 from this place, phenomenal experience. The owner, Scott, and crap I already…read moreforgot the other guy's name but they were both very helpful throughout the whole experience, answered any and all questions I had, and went very in depth into all the information I would need to know about the bike and everything involved in owning it and maintaining it. I learned a ton of stuff that I had no idea I didn't know, and I've been riding for years. I felt like I walked out with a deal that was fair for me and for them. Finding popular bikes in stock is difficult right now so I'm thrilled I found them. I felt like I went back in time when I walked in, in a good way. This is the type of service that seems to be harder and harder to find nowadays. This place is a "big enough to help you, small enough to know you" kinda place. Thanks guys.

Called to get a quote on a battery, the associate, I believe his name was Phillip, was helpful and…read morefriendly. He needed to ask his "boss" about matching an internet price, which would have brought the price down about $15.00. The " boss" got on the phone, without even a greeting or an introduction, doesn't ask me anything, just said "you ask that guy on the internet, what he is going to charge you to diagnose your bike or fix it when you have a problem, you have a nice day" then hung up the phone, I didn't get to say anything. I'm all about shopping local, and supporting mom and pop shops, but this place will never get my business. I know I might be one customer in a world of many, but customer service goes a long way. Now, I'd be willing to pay more and drive further to ensure this guy doesn't get my business and if anyone happens to bring up the business in my presence I'll be sure to interject my opinion. So good job "boss" man. Too bad I don't have the option of selecting no stars or the stars don't go in the negatives. I wouldn't take my daughters tricycle there.
