Took the bike in for a fairly serious issue and they charged me $40 to tell me it was nothing but slight cupping in the rear tire that wouldn't have caused my issue. They wrote in their records and hat I had other issues but never notified me of them. Turned out I had a tire that wasn't balanced and they never checked it as well as a bent rotor they knew about but didn't tell me. Took the bike over to country's and they had it fixed and on the road in an hour and a half at just over the price Harley charged to tell me nothing was wrong.
