Unfortunately, she clipped a curb and a trailer tire broke off in Phenix, AL. The traffic cop called Faulks to move her out the way. She was so greatful and appreciative of the customer service she received. I know my child was stressing badly and was a definite basket case. Bubba, her tow truck driver, went out of his way to help her. From guiding her through filing a claim with her insurance and dealing with UHauls lack of customer service to knocking off a good chunk of the total bill, to giving her some good advice on how to handle this unfortunate setback. He even called her later this morning to make sure they were doing ok, on their way and reassured and reminded them of all the good things that are on the way. Thank you Faulks and Thank you Bubba!

Other places I called were offering $6 per 100 pounds or $40 pick up fee, or $75-150 for the car without weighing, and some even wanted you to empty the fluids and check the engine, etc. The whole process from phone call to paperwork to pick up of the car to weighing car to check in hand was around one hour on a weekday around lunch time. They give you a receipt for your taxes when filing and also the check. To get the car weight, they weigh the tow truck with the car then drop the car in the lot then re-weigh just the tow truck. You can see the weight at the register and on the electric billboard at the weight station. You need to bring the car title and a photo identification card. The employees were friendly and efficient. I called around all the junk yards that I found on Google in Columbus Ga to see which one would give me the best price. This place offers $6.50 per 100 pounds with free pick up. It also offers $7.50 per 100 pounds if you drop off the vehicle. However, if your junky vehicle runs, you should sell it by looking up its value on kbb.com (Kelly Blue Book) and write the price on the car and drive it around for a buyer to see instead of accepting the few $100s you will get at a scrap yard. In terms of music quality, I personally could not distinguish between this and the Atlanta Symphony. We very much enjoyed the performance. I will now list the logistical pros and cons. Obviously, if you live closer to metro Atlanta, this destination is 1.5 - 2 hours away. You will need to factor that in to your planning. Our concert ended around 9:45 p.m. You can either make a weekend getaway out of it (as we did, with a hotel close by) or drive home late at night. Parking is very convenient; there is a free parking deck literally across the street from the River Center concert hall. There was the expected minor jam in exiting after the performance, but that can't be avoided anywhere. The venue is at the edge of the downtown business district. You can park in the deck beforehand and easily walk to a number of restaurants (from whiskey bars to fine dining) prior to the concert. There are also hotels (at least 2) in the area within a short walk, though we stayed about a mile away. The only caveat I'd add regarding ticket-ordering: the online seating chart showed a section of seating close up. I felt that sitting a bit further back might be better, so I opted for row J. When we arrived, we found that row J was actually the 2nd row! They didn't sell tickets in row I, either. And in front of that was the stage. Why the map shows rows A - H when they apparently don't exist, I cannot say... We were staring up at the orchestra (close up, definitely). If I booked another visit, I'd opt for something no closer than row S. Prices were about $40 apiece for our seats. This is much lower than corresponding tickets for the ASO, definitely. So, depending on your tolerance for driving (especially post-concert), this is definitely a viable alternative to the ASO. You could probably compare prices plus parking and hotel fees to see if you'd still spend less on an overnight trip here than a trip to downtown ATL. And to be clear, I have nothing against the ASO and have been to some of their concerts. However, it was much easier and less expensive to get good symphony tickets here than in Atlanta.

The idea of good customer service runs throughout a business from the owner through all the employees. The staff of Chico's were pretty service oriented. The owner is the problem with this place. The quality of materials provided are sub par at best. The owner, Chico, stated the tint is guaranteed for lifetime when I procured his services. Then a couple years after the tint started bubbling and fading. I took a three hour ride back to the tint shop to have it replaced and Chico was a certifiable ass about it. In the end he made good on the warranty. The two years later the same problems occurred with the tint. While his employee was finishing up the warranty work Chico decided that the tint was too dark and said he would get a "10,000 dollar ticket" if he allowed it to leave that way. Mind you this would have been the third time he put the same "darkness" tint on my truck. So he made his employee take the tint off my truck and put on the state legal tint. He then demanded that I not come to his shop again. Which from his piss poor attitude and cockalorum demeanor was not a problem. Bottom line they use substandard materials but charge a premium price. Stay as far away from this place as you can. Would not recommend anyone ever use the services of such a company (using the term loosely). read more

(I didn't drive my truck the next week because I was in the field so less than a 100mi driven) After a week, I was driving with my fiancé to a buddies house and my cruise control didn't shut off. I pulled in to my buddies and had a bite to eat. After the night was finished, we got in my truck to leave and my truck didn't out of park. I unplugged the battery to see in there was a computer system problem but no luck. After further investigation and tapping on the brakes to see if the broke lights came on the pedal dropped to the floor. I looked down at the pedal and it had completely came off the brake rod. I assembled the brake pedal together but there was no retaining pin. I looked around for it and no luck. (I was a certified break mechanic back before the army) I had to buy the pin but it was stuck at my buddies house for a few days. I called the shop and asked about their process. They assured me that they didn't take the system apart. I won't play the blame game. Just remember to look over all work done on your vehicle. This could have been a life and death situation with not having brakes. Luckily it wasn't for my fiancé and me. The dash was disassembled to make the process faster and I saw a review how a customer gotten her dash cracked. (I am very tight on time) I didn't work on the remote before going there and remote start was brand new. The vehicle has been inspected every year. by a certified mechanic. Response was unprofessional and delusionary.
