    When we walked up to the car it is all wet underneath the hood.

    Dropped the car off with power to have them diagnose what is wrong with the alternator. They did not move the car out of the spot that it was left in said they would not work on the car because of the wiring of the alternator harness. Offered no assistance in contacting a shop that can do the work. (We called plenty of shops that if they could not do the work they gave us numbers to people that could even electricians. These people did none of the sort. Did nothing to de escalate the situation. When we pulled into the parking lot the first thing I saw was that the car was LEFT OPEN IN THE RAIN WITH THE HOOD OPEN SUSCEPTIBLE TO WATER DAMAGE WITH THE BATTERY AND FUSE BOX UNCOVERED AND SOAKING WET. While all of the workers were inside of the building or in the shop bay. The Car now has absolutely no power whatsoever. Cannot even lock the doors but when the car was dropped off it had power just would not crank. We are currently having the vehicle assessed for water damage. When asked for the General managers number we were told 1-800-PEPBOYS. Chuck wouldn't even write down the number. The gentleman in the front dealing with other customers had exceptional service but we are VERY disappointed in this shop as a whole. Would not recommend.

    My appointment was at 8AM. Our vehicle did get into the garage until 10:30. When I called they told me they were short Staff . They should have gave us the option of coming another time . Also we found a ride under my husband's truck. When we got an oil change in May they charged us regular oil change. This time they told us it need to have synthetic oil change. They should do their scheduling time in a little bit more professional way. We S them to check the noise out. They told us we needed to have brake pads and rotors. I hate to say it I been using Pet boys for years but they lost my business

I remember when cars was damage there was no hesitation in taking care of the customer's issue. 6 years later, I do not know what happened to that standard. I have never heard of a company providing bad oil for vehicles and then not having any accoutnability for it. My mechanic advised that the oil was extremely bad. Both my vehicles engines have gone bad behind the oil provided by Take 5 and the manager talked to my wife soooo disrespectful about this situation, i will never take my car to Goo-Goo car wash, Take 5 or any other company associated with Driven Brands. I usually wouldn't put this type of review but when your manager dodges any accountability, talks to my wife crazy and then accuse me of sabotaging my own cars, there is nothing else to talk about. These folks care more about their bottom line than doing the right thing. There is no excuse. If I could give a 0 star I would. I will be filing a BBB report and I will not be letting this go. Your managers need to be fired and your quality of oil has caused issues to more than just my cars and the reviews from FL and the other area stores have similar stories to mine. Your quality of oil is crap from top to bottom and the level of care for your faithful customers is crap. If you want to make sure your car gets good service and good oil, do not come to Take 5. THEY WONT BE ACCOUTNABLE when they mess up. 0 quality. 0 on service. 0 on value.

Then when I picked it up my driver side door handle was broken. They were trying to say it was like that when I brought it to them. Also noticed my car wasn't running properly. They initially said after the test it was distributor cap malfunction. Then brought up something else after I paid and was picking it up. So then I called back to tell them my door wasn't like that when I brought it. An I didn't really know that my door was like that when I was at the shop , because an employee came up with some reason to have to go check my car and left my door open, so I didn't really realize how bad it was until I got home. So that prompt me to try my car out and see how it would do and noticed that it wasn't accelerating like it's supposed to not going past 70. I called them about this issue as well and they told me to bring it back in the morning then the next morning when I was trying to bring it back, it would not crank. I feel like I have been treated poorly and was taken advantage of. I trusted them to do the job and they didn't do it . They did come back and say that they realized my door wasn't like that when I brought it in. So they will fix that, I still feel like they are going to try to make me pay for something else. Even though I already paid. I should have been told about all issues before hand and not after I paid . That doesn't sit well with me, my vehicle is still there. I'm just waiting to hear from them to see what they " fix next " . This is a horrible experience, I don't have the money to just take it somewhere else. I need them to fix my car .

I wonder if they had any previous training because he told me to start my car with the dipstick still in his hands. It's a good thing the other guy saw it and told him. Strike one. He then showed me that on the oil on the dipstick was full but it wasn't. He didn't know how to read it. Strike two. I paid then drove off. I'm across town then my oil light came on. I suddenly pulled over then I had gotten out of my car to look under it to see if they bolted the plug on my oil pan. All clear. So then I opened up my engine hood to see what's going on. It turns out, the oil cap wasn't put back on!! Good thing there was no oil splashed all over my engine. It should've been but you know why there wasn't? Because there was hardly any oil in there!! I checked my dipstick and it was low. Strike 3 and 4!!! I wasn't going to drive my car all the way back across town with little or no oil to tell them they f'd up. I went to the nearest gas station and did it myself. Fckn turds. I paid $40+ for nothing. I'd change my oil myself but I live in an apartment so that's a no-no to work on cars. I'll be going back there only because of the oil but next time, I'm going to look at my oil cap before I drive off. I would've given it 2 stars but I like the oil, so I gave them 3.

I had trouble with my relatively new front passenger tire. I took it to five businesses for repairs before coming to Discount Tire Co. on Whittlesey Road in Columbus. Even Ford said nothing wrong was discovered. Another company said that I needed a new tire. At that point, I was frustrated and thought the only way to eliminate repeated loss of air pressure was to purchase a new tire then for balance purchase two. Michelin tires are not cheap. However, I didn't want to throw away money before time for it. Yelp took me to Discount Tires with the highest rating for tire repairs out of a list of 10. I was amazed by the customer service. It was discovered that I had a valve leak. Get this, I was charged zero, nothing for the repair. When I need new tires, I will buy them from Discount Tires. Plus, as I waited a short time, I heard how the agents were equally responsive and provided quality concern with other customers. Community, let's support this company.

Paid for an alignment but they couldn't align them. They gave me a print out of how off the camber was which just shows they don't know what they're doing. Took it to the dealership and we had a good laugh. I wasn't happy about having to replace tires again but at least my family and I are now SAFE on the road!
