This company gets zero stars from me. Please do not waste your money or time with this company. Very unprofessional and I am in the process of taking them to small claims court. They ordered the wrong windshield for my vehicle never asked any questions about the vehicle other than the year make and model. Showed up at my home with the wrong windshield and stated dang the glass company asked me if your windshield was heated and I said no at this point I was like why and the hell didn't call me to verify or ask for my vehicle VIN NUMBER. He promised to order another windshield fast forward to 3 days later I get a phone call stating I would have to pay an additional cost of $100 because he didn't know my windshield was higher or I can just keep the wrong windshield. Caused damage to my windshield moldings and became very unpleasant to work with. He promised to repair the damage that he caused if I purchased the replacement parts. I agreed to do so because other auto-repair shops wanted to charge approximately 400$ to repair said damage. He then became elusive and rude saying he was "helping me out." I recommend spending the extra money on a more professional repair that won't destroy other parts of your vehicle while trying to replace a windshield. You get what you pay for. This guy is the worst glass installer in Columbus, Georgia. He is cut rate and his work is garbage. I would pay you not to use him. The 1st window broke within minutes of him installing then it took 2 weeks to get him back out. I went and looked at my car and saw stratches where he installed the glass, it also looks like the windshield is missing a seal. Please save yourself a headache, do not use this guy!! read more

I would give this company a ZERO. He has a fake shop on Forest Road and requires you to drop your car off without waiting for it. Well, I had someone to wait in my car and they said he spent five minutes placing glue around my sunroof to stop leakage on a BMW. It looks like a child was playing with glue on top of the roof of my car. It did not repair the problem but causes additional problems. He refuses to give a refund and hung up in my face.
