Several days later, they called me and told me the vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up. Within an hour of taking the vehicle home, the problems persisted with the door locks and key fob, the window remained working. I took it back to the shop. Todd assured me there will be no additional charges since it was still under warranty (one day later SMH). After several more days, I went to the shop and was told that it might be another issue causing the problem. He asked me to bring it back and he would look at it further. I told him that I was displeased because of the amount I was charged and the fact that the vehicle was still experiencing power issues. His response: "Well, we did get the window to work." Shortly after, I initiated a Credit dispute. The Credit company contacted Todd's auto, and theTodd's Auto blatantly lied and told the Credit Card company that they only charged me to have the window fixed and nothing else. My response was: "Why did I bring it back under the warranty if the window was still working and that was all I needed to be fixed?" If you have money to throw away, for poor or no service, take your vehicle to Todd's Auto and hand them your money. At least you'll walk away knowing they didn't steal it from you.

*SAME DAY SERVICE*…read more Let me start off by saying, I had an appointment first thing this morning at 0800 with Firestone for a tire repair. I saw a nail in my tire so naturally I thought this was causing my tire to deflate. Well, it turns out my rim was cracked so a guy suggested Columbus Custom Exhaust (CCE). I left Firestone and immediately drove to CCE. They didn't open til 0900 but I managed to arrive by 0905. I explained my situation and was told the price was dependent on how many cracks there were in the rim. They even told me how much dependent on the number found. Keep in mind, I knew how many there were because Firestone showed me the rim. Needless to say, I was a little hesitant considering I'm a woman and sometimes we can be taken advantage of. Not here! My car was lifted off the ground at 0919 and one crack was found and repaired by 1310 (4 hours). I'm super impressed and recommend this business for your various needs. They even called me to tell me the pump wasn't bad, it was the tensioner bearings, but they suggested, and I agreed, since they had to take off the timing belt anyhow, and they had it, replace it. I love that they actually did call me as requested instead of just doing it. TREMENDOUS EXPERIENCE…read more Had abnormal inner tire wear, persistent after several alignments. The dealer told me I needed another alignment. Needless to say, I left and went to Fowler's. They worked with me to actually SOLVE the problem (LCA bushings). I had them do brakes and tires, as well. Unlike the dealer, where you hafta take what you get, Fowler's helped me upgrade to solve the insane dust issue from OEM pads. They were meticulous with my painted calipers...no scratches or chips. Zero brake squeal. Ryan was awesome and extremely knowledgeable. Will be back.

East Coast Gear Supply shipped the already built differentials (with ARB lockers) to Foreman's for installation. Chris kept me up to date on the progress and informed me that two parts were needed (after doing the research on-line) for the installation of the ARB Air compressor. They did a clean and neat install of the compressor and of course the differentials as well. They did a bit more work than they quoted me for but kept the price the same. All in all a great experience and extremely satisfied.
