I dropped it off on a Saturday and was notified that it was ready on Wednesday. I was running late and called Country's, they stayed open passed closing time to wait for me and remained for several minutes to explain in detail what they had done and things I should have done in the future. The bike is running like new, they did everything I asked for, nothing I didn't. I feel confident recommending Country's to anyone in need of motorcycle service, everyone is extremely polite (difficult to find these days) , larger companies should take a look at businesses like Country's and take note of what good customer service is. Update: What can I say about my second trip to see Country's? Well, I had an unknown issue on a custom bike with a complicated history. They had it figured out and had me back on the road in a few days (major work). On the way home I had an unrelated breakdown and they came and picked me up on the side of the highway after quitting hours. They apologized for an unknown problem that turned out to have had nothing to do with the work they had done. I'll be a lifelong customer as long as they're around!

It took them 8+ weeks to complete the recall. During that time I had to call multiple times a week for a up date on my bike. The service department didn't make any effort to communicate with me until I demanded to talk with a manager after being told my bike was being worked on only to find out it had never been started. At one point I was told they couldn't work on my bike because the guy who did work on the spyder was out only to find out in the same phone call they had a spyder currently being worked on and the manager said they would get to mine that day. I was told on 2 occasions my bike would be ready by a certain point and it wasn't done to a week plus later. I figured with the name this store would treat me as well as the one in Columbus but that was a huge mistake. Don't waste you time or energy just go to Columbus. This store is worthless.

HAPPY ENDING: I came to Columbus from North Carolina to visit my wife's family this April. Mere…read morehours into town, my Hyundai Sonata cut out while driving. Fortunately I was in a parking lot, not on the road, and was able to coast to a stop without a crash! My in-laws recommended Todd's based on their years getting their cars worked on by Todd's Auto Clinic. I was able to get the car towed to Todd's and they had my car back to me in two days (it was the fuel pump). 3 days later there was a glitch (this is the less happy part) and the car started hesitating and not responding to the gas pedal like it should. Back to Todd's, where they installed a new fuel pump gasket (the initial 'new' gasket had failed) then drove the vehicle to us - no charge. They made the work good. Thus the happy ending.

He ordered 2 that turned out to from what he said was worse condition then mine. Then we agreed to rebuild it. It is a 95 vehicle but one i wanted to fix. 11 months without a vehicle I get mine back. Had to take it back a few days later because it was shaking, and they did not recharge my AC because they didn't think it worked. They fixed the problem for a day or two then I ended up stranded again. Took it back they fixed it. After $8100 dollars for all repairs, i got my car back in June 2024. It's now December 2024 my car has had the rear main seal leaking, I've had to tighten almost every nut and bolt I could find. And now my head gasket has blown again. Todd asked in other review why I did not bring my car back to him. We'll he apparently is a very busy shop, because 11 month to swap out and engine. I can not go that long without my vehicle again. Receipt pictures on other sites review to prove length of time they had it. Please do not take your vehicle to this shop. When he doesn't like your questions he gets rude and does not communicate with you while he has your vehicle. And the repairs never last. I'm not even sure if he rebuilt my engine or just took it out cleaned it up, and replaced the head gasket. He definitely takes advantage of customers.

The process to install took around an hour or so. Pretty happy with the customer service and the install. (I didn't drive my truck the next week because I was in the field so less than a 100mi driven) After a week, I was driving with my fiancé to a buddies house and my cruise control didn't shut off. I pulled in to my buddies and had a bite to eat. After the night was finished, we got in my truck to leave and my truck didn't out of park. I unplugged the battery to see in there was a computer system problem but no luck. After further investigation and tapping on the brakes to see if the broke lights came on the pedal dropped to the floor. I looked down at the pedal and it had completely came off the brake rod. I assembled the brake pedal together but there was no retaining pin. I looked around for it and no luck. (I was a certified break mechanic back before the army) I had to buy the pin but it was stuck at my buddies house for a few days. I called the shop and asked about their process. They assured me that they didn't take the system apart. I won't play the blame game. Just remember to look over all work done on your vehicle. This could have been a life and death situation with not having brakes. Luckily it wasn't for my fiancé and me. The dash was disassembled to make the process faster and I saw a review how a customer gotten her dash cracked. (I am very tight on time) I didn't work on the remote before going there and remote start was brand new. The vehicle has been inspected every year. by a certified mechanic. Response was unprofessional and delusionary.

Frustrated by the lack of communication, we decided to pick the boat up and take it elsewhere. To make matters worse, we were never called or informed that the fuel pump on our boat was going to be removed. We were never asked for approval, and no one explained what was being done. When I picked the boat up and paid the diagnostic fee, nothing was mentioned about it. It wasn't until I got home and my husband looked at the boat that we realized the pump they had put on had been removed and our old fuel pump had been left sitting on the back seat. After nearly two weeks, we were left with a bill, a vague diagnosis, poor communication, and more questions than answers and a removed fuel pump sitting on the back seat of our boat. The complete lack of updates and failure to communicate what work was being performed made this an extremely frustrating experience. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this shop to anyone in the area.
