I found the way I was spoken to extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I also brought my motorcycle in for a tire change, and afterward I noticed that my forks were leaking. The forks were not leaking before the tire service. I cannot say for certain what caused the leak, but the timing was concerning to me. After I posted this review, I received a phone call from the business regarding the Yelp review and was told that I would be sued for slander if I did not remove it.

It took them 8+ weeks to complete the recall. During that time I had to call multiple times a week for a up date on my bike. The service department didn't make any effort to communicate with me until I demanded to talk with a manager after being told my bike was being worked on only to find out it had never been started. At one point I was told they couldn't work on my bike because the guy who did work on the spyder was out only to find out in the same phone call they had a spyder currently being worked on and the manager said they would get to mine that day. I was told on 2 occasions my bike would be ready by a certain point and it wasn't done to a week plus later. I figured with the name this store would treat me as well as the one in Columbus but that was a huge mistake. Don't waste you time or energy just go to Columbus. This store is worthless.
