I was having a track day in 2 days. Long story short the forecast was for rain so I was not going to go. A few days before the weather changed so I went into overdrive, ordered tires, setting up a rental vehicle etc etc. I literally drove over to Porzio Performance with a set of tires and my wheels with the old tires and asked them if they could change them while I waited. No problem they said! They jumped right on it and within an hour they were done. I really, really appreciated the quick and professional service. Bonus - the price was wicked reasonable! The day before the track day, like a knucklehead, I knocked my bike off the stands and busted the peg and bent the clutch lever and the shift lever. New to me bike, no spares yet so ultimately I ended up not going to the track day - no biggie. I stopped by Porzio Performance with my bent shift lever and a minute later it was fixed - no charge! I called to ask for an update on my motorcycle and was told, "Come get your fucking bike, we're not working on it." I found the way I was spoken to extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I also brought my motorcycle in for a tire change, and afterward I noticed that my forks were leaking. The forks were not leaking before the tire service. I cannot say for certain what caused the leak, but the timing was concerning to me. After I posted this review, I received a phone call from the business regarding the Yelp review and was told that I would be sued for slander if I did not remove it. read more

Great shop. Excellent and fair prices and quick turnaround. Tommy is very knowledgeable and Frank is very willing to talk to you and work with you to get what you need, whether it be ordering parts, service, or even just giving you advice. If they don't work on the vehicle brand you have, they may even make an exception and help you in whatever way they can depending on the nature of the job (i.e. upgrading the wheels on my Polaris). If nothing else, they can pretty much order parts for anything you need at really competitive prices. What they lack in shop space and showroom inventory as far as accessories go, they more than make up in customer service. read more

They're not perfect but they're almost dang near it. I've brought my bike to them countless times either it be upgrades, repairs, or just questions and answers since 2016. You'll find yourself coming up to the shop just to say hello. Frank, the owner, is professional and he'll go out of his way to take care of you, especially if he has a good sound judgement of your character. I give them 5 stars because they always go above and beyond their job and duties. It's about the customer's satisfaction with them. This is the only shop I'm ever willing to trust and use in columbus and phenix city area. Give them a try and you wii not regret it and remember, yes they do have the skills to fix user errors. Caution!!!! This place is a scam. I dropped my ATV off to get a diagnostic test done which they said was only $50 and I was VERY clear you are only authorized to preform the diagnostic test and that if any other work needs to be done I.E. parts that they will need an approval from me. When I picked up the ATV they said it's gonna be several hundred dollars and if I didn't pay then they would charge me $20 dollars a day for a storage fee until I payed them. This is clearly bad business. The owner is a scam artist and belongs in jail. read more

Good small shop. They have some hard to find parts that you need in a pinch. The staff and owner are also willing to talk with you and answer Any questions without acting like you are inconvenience or try to treat you like you are dumb. This is the only motorcycle shop in Columbus Ga that I will deal with. read more

I was told about this shop by a co-worker so I went there to schedule a service. They took my bike in the next day and did the BMW mile mark service, which saved me a trip to Atlanta. Great work, fast and good prices. Super nice and friendly staff. read more

Beware!!! My husband purchased a used motorcycle and decided to take it him to get some repairs done. When he dropped the bike off they had him sign papers but never gave him copies of the documents that he signed. We called them constantly to find out what was wrong with the bike. It took them over a month to finally tell us what was wrong with the bike and by then they had changed the price that they originally quoted us which is understandable seeing how they were unsure of what was wrong with the bike when we dropped it off. They then told us that they didn't have the parts that he needed and that he needed to find them and then they would install them but it would cost over 600 bucks. By then he had orders to move a cross the country and we decided against having them repair it since we didn't have time to find parts. We told them that we would just pick the bike up but when we got there the bike was in pieces. The refused to put the bike back together unless we paid them an obscene amount of money. They then suggested that we sell the bike for parts, but even after all of this they still charged us over 500 bucks for just looking at the bike and taking it apart. Did i mention they never put it back together even after we paid them over 500 bucks. They also kept many of his parts and we are still trying to recover the parts that they kept. We are been asking for our parts for a year now and at this point if we expect anything we will just have to take them to court. This may be a great place for experienced motorcycle owners but newbies beware!!!!! read more
