Took the bike in for a fairly serious issue and they charged me $40 to tell me it was nothing but slight cupping in the rear tire that wouldn't have caused my issue. They wrote in their records and hat I had other issues but never notified me of them. Turned out I had a tire that wasn't balanced and they never checked it as well as a bent rotor they knew about but didn't tell me. Took the bike over to country's and they had it fixed and on the road in an hour and a half at just over the price Harley charged to tell me nothing was wrong. Save your time, save your money, go somewhere else.

I dropped it off on a Saturday and was notified that it was ready on Wednesday. I was running late and called Country's, they stayed open passed closing time to wait for me and remained for several minutes to explain in detail what they had done and things I should have done in the future. The bike is running like new, they did everything I asked for, nothing I didn't. I feel confident recommending Country's to anyone in need of motorcycle service, everyone is extremely polite (difficult to find these days) , larger companies should take a look at businesses like Country's and take note of what good customer service is. Update: What can I say about my second trip to see Country's? Well, I had an unknown issue on a custom bike with a complicated history. They had it figured out and had me back on the road in a few days (major work). On the way home I had an unrelated breakdown and they came and picked me up on the side of the highway after quitting hours. They apologized for an unknown problem that turned out to have had nothing to do with the work they had done. I'll be a lifelong customer as long as they're around!

Ray's is great. We have an Janus Motorcycle that had an idling problem. Because it's an off-brand…read morebike, none of the other shops in Columbus would work on it, but they all recommended Ray's. So glad they did. The guys at Ray's worked with the manufacturer, replacing the carburetor and tuning the bike. The repairs were extremely reasonably priced. The bike was better, but there was still an issue with the carburetor (quite possibly operator error), so we took the bike back. This time, not only did they deliver the bike to our home, but they refused payment! The guys felt bad because we've had so many issues with a brand new bike. Really - Ray's is good people.
