He said it might take an hour or so depending on if they had the clips on hand, so we went back in the office to wait while he started our file and could give us a quote. 10-15 minutes later another guy comes out to the waiting area and said all done Mr Norris, have a nice day and started to walk off. I reached for my wallet to get ready to pay, but he said don't worry about it, just come see us again if you need something fixed. They could just as easily have dragged it out, charged us for time, parts, etc. Bottom line, the car looks like new again and we were out of there just a few minutes past our original appointment time. Granted, not everyone will have as pleasant an experience as mine, but they could've taken advantage of the situation and got a little money off of me, but it was nice to see a business (any type of car maintenance, not this particular place) that can be notorious for taking advantage of customers exhibit some kindness, integrity, and customer service.
