They've repaired lost shingles, and wind damage to the soffits. When they replaced the roof for my house and garage it was supposed to be a two-day job. I had surgery scheduled for early on the second day. But they doubled the crew to finish the job in one day so I could recover at home without the noise. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated. They also quickly fixed leaking downspouts that were clogged from leaves. About a week ago they installed gutter guards. Each roofer they've ever sent for estimates and/or service has been an honest pro. Jerome is responsive, great at troubleshooting and patient when explaining things. Every transaction with Roof Solutions has felt like a bargain to me.

//5 stars for quoting process //5 stars for installation…read moreprocess Quote Process: Chris S. was the product specialist who was assigned to me. He was super accommodating with the first meeting time being at the very end of the day due to my work schedule. He brought all the shingle samples with him so it was easy to visualize especially because at that time I didn't get the official approval from HOA. He was easy to talk to and sounds like an honest person. He took his time to explain every aspect of the replacement process. Since I had to get HOA approval and get my finances sorted out it took maybe a month or so. Even then he was available to help me make the choice of the type of roof to meet the HOA requirement. I give Chris 10/10 Installation process: After submitting the deposit it took 1 week to get the roof replacement started. They call you a couple of days or so to see if its possible to start on the project. You are not required to be at home for the project so this made it easy for me. They came with their equipment, dumpsters and supplies and were able to start on the project without delay. One anomaly for me was my 1 day project turned to 2 days due to staff shortage which did not affect me. Daniel A from the company keep me updated on any issues or changes via email and phone call. They also took pictures of any additional fix they made and also the final product. Overall, the whole process was painless as it should be since replacing a roof is a big deal. I thank the BRAX team and crew for a great job done. I will update of any changes but hope the workmanship stands for decades.

BRAX advertises a twenty five year workmanship warranty, but when their own installed flashing…read morefailed, they shifted blame to the skylight to avoid honoring it. What good is a warranty if they'll find any reason not to stand behind their work. It almost feels like their warranty exists as an opportunity to generate more business rather than honor a promise, since instead of standing behind their work, they make excuses and then turn around and offer additional paid services to fix the very problem their warranty should already cover. We had BRAX Roofing replace our roof back in 2021. Recently we discovered a leak near one of our skylights that caused interior wood rot. We first contacted a skylight specialist, who confirmed the skylight itself was fine, these typically last around thirty years, and told us the leak was likely a flashing issue that should be covered under our roofing warranty. Following that advice, we contacted BRAX. Two of their inspectors came out first and confirmed new flashing would be installed. Their production manager, Daniel Angel, personally confirmed the same, that they'd replace the flashing and repair the rotted wood, and they even arrived with lumber to do the repair, then took it away without explanation. Today we received an email from Boris Cardenas, a managing partner at BRAX, saying they are not responsible, now claiming the leak is from the skylight's gasket rather than the flashing, contradicting everything their own staff told us. Throughout this process, it's felt like an emotional rollercoaster, we were told repeatedly that this would be fixed, watched them bring materials to do the repair, then had those materials quietly taken away without any explanation, and now we're being told none of it is even covered. We feel misled and deeply disappointed after paying for a full roof replacement.

This company does not take appropriate care for the impact of its work on surrounding properties…read more My neighbors had their roof replaced by this company, and thankfully the company placed a sign advertising their services so I could leave this review. During the morning, while stripping the roof of its spent surface, the roofers used shovels, a leaf blower, or their hands to litter the old roofing onto the ground below completely without care for the surrounding area. They didn't even look before pushing things over the side and in one instance I was showered with roofing material from three floors above. When I tried to address it with one of the workers, I received an insincere apology delivered with a smile. I also overheard the supervisor say to the workers to let him know before they started laying the roof tiles so he could "show [them] how to do it." So you've hired roofers that don't know how to install roofing? No fault to my neighbors, of course. But it's clear that the company does not hire or train its workers to be skilled or courteous, so I would caution others when considering hiring them.

I will be telling anyone that asks, and probably some people that didn't ask, what a fantastic…read moreexperience I had working with Roof Fanatics. One of the best experiences I've had working with anyone. Let's break it down: Honesty - I called Rob at Roof Fanatics after getting the high-pressure sales pitch from two different companies in a row. I was dreading getting another quote. Rob's entire ethos is the anti-high-pressure pitch. He told me what I needed to know, gave me options, and then let me decide. His prices were very fair and super competitive for the level of attention we received. We also needed to delay work while we addressed a non-related structural issue. Rob was patient, and never pressed us to move faster than we were comfortable with. Attention to detail - After coming by to look at the roof, we asked him to come back to look at the siding as well a few weeks later. Rob remembered my dog's name - this might be a minor thing, but it spoke to the fact that he was paying attention, and treating us like a valued customer (before we had paid him a cent!), not just another stop on his route. He personally inspected the work after each crew had finished - siding, roof, gutters. He noticed things down to the last screw, and took care that everything was done to the highest standard. Quality - Our house looks @#%! awesome. We started with an old roof that, cracking vinyl siding, and gutters that were not getting the job done. I'm very pleased with the final result - Rob even custom-sourced gutter diverters to help us install rain barrels. The final result is better than I could have hoped. Service - Along the way Rob spent a ton of time communicating with me - answering questions, discussing options, and helping me understand every detail of what was happening to my family's home. I know he has other customers, but the level of attention I received for our project made me feel like the whole company was focused on my job. Rob will truly stop at nothing to make sure you are satisfied with the result. For a job as important as dealing with the roof or siding of my house, there's no one I would trust more than Rob to do an excellent job. I feel confident that our work will last until Rob is long retired, but in the meantime I urge anyone else that needs this kind of work to give him a call. UPDATE: I also referred Rob to my church, where we asked him to do some siding work and to look at the roofs of two church buildings where we had experienced leaks. Rob found damage to one roof caused by a tree, and with the other roof found that the shingles used were of an old, discontinued type that couldn't be easily patched. That eye for detail - the discontinued shingles - convinced our insurance company to cover the entire roof. Rob also worked with the insurance company to get the other roof covered as well. I don't believe we would have been successful without Rob's extensive knowledge of his craft and sharp eyes - his work has saved our church from a large planned expense, allowing us to use that money in the community.
