Then she calls 'somewhere', and eventually a sales rep comes out, but the whole time you're wondering 'wth?' because there are no other people in the whole building. Weird. No background music, no literature laying around. etc. Finally a sales rep comes out from some hidden place, and he was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, but was unable to fully answer all of our questions. When we called him later on his cell phone there was no voice mailbox available, so we thought that was wierd too. Eventually we did purchase what we were looking for, but it has not been delivered yet, sooooooo, the final jury is still out. We don't feel very attached, but we are keeping our fingers crossed that everything works out as we have been assured.

I was met promptly coming through the door and they answered all of my questions. My appliance was delivered within 2 days. Delivery was quick and I saved on a service fee by having both my seal and the stove done at the same time. My delivery person was nice. He came in and got the job done. I haven't gotten a chance to use my stove yet but everything seems to be working. The delivery person cleaned up after himself on the way out and took my old unit with him which I did pay for. Their delivery prices were very reasonable. Every unit on their floor appears to come with a warranty which I really liked. Most of their items are used/refurbished/open box items so I felt a lot more confident purchasing knowing there was a warranty and the items had been inspected.

We have long been aware of Tucson Appliance's presence in the community and have appreciated what…read moreappeared to be a commitment to local service and customer care. Unfortunately, our recent experience has revealed a significant disconnect between that reputation and the level of post-sale support actually provided. After purchasing our appliance, we encountered immediate difficulty in attempting to secure a manufacturer rebate that was actively promoted at the time of sale. Despite multiple efforts on our part, Tucson Appliance provided no meaningful assistance in helping us obtain the required information or navigate the process. What should have been a straightforward follow-through on a represented benefit instead became an unnecessarily frustrating and time-consuming exercise. A rebate is not an incidental add-on--it is part of the value proposition used to close the sale. When a retailer promotes such incentives, there is a reasonable expectation that they will stand behind them, or at minimum, assist customers in successfully completing the process. That did not occur here. It is particularly disappointing because Tucson Appliance has historically differentiated itself from big box retailers through perceived service and accountability. Based on this experience, that distinction no longer appears to exist. The operation now feels transactional--no better than the large chains it once stood apart from--and that is truly unfortunate to witness. We hope you take this feedback seriously and reassess how post-sale support, particularly regarding manufacturer rebates, is handled. At present, it reflects poorly on your organization and undermines customer trust. We would appreciate a response addressing how this matter will be resolved and what steps will be taken to ensure future customers do not encounter the same issues.

It's always a great place to look for things that are usable at a great price. Found a weight bar that was practically brand new. Always check this place out! You never know what you might find!

Some of this stuff is nice but who's paying $1,100 for a used leather couch? Or $450 on a used medium sized storage cabinet! Oh but we were supposed to happy about that price because it was reduced from $660-ish! I don't care how MCM cool it is. This is a secondhand store. It was actually insulting. $45 for a coffee maker stand with burn marks on the top of it. We went to At Home 30 minutes later and bought a nicer one, NEW for $50. A painted screen was priced at $500! The "art" was all over priced. A used trundle bed with chips and no mattress, $225. I could go on and on but this review is bumming me out. I guess some of these pieces are "worth" these prices somewhere but not at a store like this one. Also, the folks who work or volunteer there ignored our very friendly "Hello" and "good bye" and were more interested in their phones, shopping themselves or conversing with each other. Not one person asked if we could use some help even after I tried to get their attention. I have volunteered for Habitat for Humanity in years past and nothing about this place screams "we're here to help the community" On a better note, and I'm really digging here, they do have cheap paint. They also have lots of things for a house like toilets, headboards, lighting fixtures (if you're able to piece one together), conduit, tables, etc...... again I was very disappointed. I hope your experience is different but this is mine and I'm here with my truth. The two stars are for the fact that they're open 7 days a week, and that I find it very difficult to give 1 star because they DO have household things as advertised.
