Very disappointing experience with this place. I ordered an item and was sent the wrong one, which is already a major issue. While they did refund me right away, the way they handled the situation was extremely unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and resolving it respectfully, the owner, Mark, was argumentative and tried to shift the blame onto me for being upset. It's one thing to make a mistake, but it's another to handle it poorly when a customer brings it up. There was little accountability and a lack of basic professionalism throughout the interaction. Even though the refund was processed quickly, the overall experience left a very negative impression. I would strongly recommend being very cautious when buying from this place. Went here because of the high reviews on Google and was not disappointed! I do not understand the negative reviews on Yelp; The first time I was there and a misunderstanding occurred when other patrons had been assisted before myself due to them being busy and not able to observe the order of entrants, I was immediately apologized to and assisted. I understood their perspective and have to state that this shop has an extremely courteous staff! For my Gucci watch, I was offered a fair price compared to several other pawn shops in town offering pennies for what was originally a $1300 piece. The layout of the store is very clean and well organized with some nice items on display. Definitely worth purchasing from or selling to; 5 star experience both times I have visited! You know it's been a good 18 years since I went to a pawnshop, but after cleaning out some items I decided to email the shop and see if they took they VCR\DVD players and laptops. Hailey wrote me the same day with a nice email saying they do take both. She also told me that his laptops of windows 8, 10 and or MacOS. Since the location of the shop is near my business, I put the VCRs, and DVD players in my trunk and stopped by today. I believe the reason I noticed this place is it looks so bright new and clean. When I went inside, it looked exactly the same: bright, new and clean. I found out Hailey is the assistant manager and her dad is the owner. They mainly take electronics, jewelry and guns. The owner told me there is no recourse loans, so that means if you don't pick up your itemsthere's no penalty; they just resell your item to recapture the cash. They also offer loans, with collateral of course. What is more, I even saw a leather jacket and several designer handbags on the wall. The staff here was very polite and friendly! In fact, they were over the top polite. The only truth I will tell you is: do not expect a Tonna money for your items. But I believe that is probably the way it is an any pawnshop. Also, the gentleman asked me when I first checked in what I wanted for my items. To tell you quite honestly I had no clue. This was one of the first pawn shops that I have ever been to but it set a standard. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. I was mostly interested in video games (picked up Demon's Souls for PS5) and they had a nice selection of PlayStation and XBox games as well as a couple of Switch games. They also had some consoles in very good condition . Small selection of DVD's and BluRay's, laptops, tablets as well. Had a great experience and I will be back. read more

I'm not really a fan of pawn shops, however after visiting this location along with others, I'm a fan. There are always a great assortment of things to get here, from clothing, computers, to toys, etc. My girlfriend swears by them, and has purchased all of her computers here. I found some really nice camera lenses on a recent visit, which normally cost $200. However I purchased mine for a little more that $60. In addition to that, the customer service here is great. A lot has been said regarding their not offering a lot of money if you decide to sell something there. However, that is to be expected. read more

I was in Casa Pawn today checking stuff out. The store is probably the cleanest pawn shops I've been to, but the prices are ridiculous. There were a few items that were priced fairly, but overall, the prices were high. For example, I just purchased 556 ammo online for $117 with free shipping. Casa had the identical ammo for $200. I know ammo is in short supply, but having a huge markup like this is complete insanity. read more
