Great owners! They are very knowledgeable and super helpful. I mostly appreciated their FRIENDLINESS and great selection!

Horrible service and ridiculous offers on top dollar merchandise not even 30%msrp. Many other great options in tucson like cashbox and catalina. Not to mention there ffl transfers I've had smoother transactions at big box stores. Please steer clear of this husband and wife rip off team read more

Not going back. This review won't change anything. Not a friendly place. I went in and said my friend recommended it. The people working there gave me the stink eye. Small inventory. read more

Great family run shop Reasonable and straight to the point. I purchased several items, including guns, and never had an issue. Come in with a bad attitude and leave empty-handed. Done mess with Mama. read more

Becky and all people at GGP are nothing but nice and welcoming when I go in there. I have purchased 3 firearms from them since 2016 and I have been satisfied with each purchase. I have recommended their store to coworkers and friends and I will return again for the selection and hospitality. read more

I can't say enough how great it was to do business with this store. Amazing staff. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and educative about what they carry. Easy trip to get there and well worth the drive. I even got help with setting up for free swag from the company of my new firearm. I will not do business with anyone else going forward read more

Very friendly staff, even to new gun owners like myself who undoubtedly ask some stupid and obvious questions. They give good pricing when buying your items, and the guns on sale are also fairly priced. Also run raffles for the benefit of the community. Great store, and highly recommend stopping by. read more

I don't have enough good things to say about Guns & Gold. Becky, the owner, has gone above and beyond to make myself and my husband happy with our purchases. We purchased a gun about a year ago and got an amazing deal. We bought another gun from her yesterday and got another screaming deal. She even remembered us after not seeing us for over a year. This isn't anywhere near our home but it's worth the extra drive to receive great prices and customer service. She even went out of her way to offer my daughter fruit snacks. read more

Guns & Gold Pawn - My new, beautiful Ruger 10/22 takedown. - Pawn Shops Near Me - Rillito, Arizona

A coworker of mine works here part time and kept telling me I needed to check out the gun selection they have. I had a Remington 270 and was looking to trade up. I ended up walking out with a Savage 30.06, but it didn't stop there. As the paper work was being complete I spotted a Taurus Spectrum, been looking for a CC IWB gun for quite sometime. As I was looking at it she told me what she would sell it for (brand new). I couldn't pass the deal up. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely tell everyone I know. Thank you Becky, and I am sorry I forgot your helpers name, but thank her too :) read more

I think they are used to a certain clientele, because when I came in the store, conversation stopped and I was stared at for a couple of seconds before a clerk asked if I needed assistance. While she was helping me, I heard the voice of someone and looked down to see another clerk lurking behind a display case. She told me she was cleaning, but no cleaning supplies were visible. Then a regular customer came in and started bragging about how he was going to shoot protestors and the mood went from ridiculous to uncomfortable. Only when my purchase went through, did the clerk who was "cleaning" get up from behind the counter; still with no cleaning supplies in sight. Overall, I got what I wanted, but the atmosphere and mood were very clear that I was not wanted. Therefore I will not patronize their shop again. read more

Update as of December 2nd, 2015. Monday, November 30th, call - items are not complete. Pendant is, ring is not. Per Becky, the jeweler ordered the wrong fitting for the trillion cut stone. My husband told Becky we were done. He would pick everything up from the jeweler. Becky told him that she would pick up our items that evening and we could pick them up from her on Tuesday, December 1st. Tuesday, December 1st, call after 3:00 p.m. to make sure our jewelry is there. Becky forgot to pick it up on Monday. Once again tell Becky we will pick up from the jeweler. Becky tells us that's not an option, as the jeweler works out of his home. She tells us to pick everything up on Wednesday. Wednesday, December 2nd, call to make sure jewelry has been picked up by Becky. Items are in the store. Go to pick them up, and Becky proceeds to argue with my husband and tell him the blue heart stone was always in the heart pendant, that her jeweler never put the wrong stone in. No real apology, no offer of a refund of any sort. This went on for almost a month, and the bottom line? I still need to get the trillion cut stone put into my wedding ring. read more

I have been doing buisness with becky for years now and she has always gone above and beond my expectations. She is a honest person. If you don't see what you want there just ask her and 9 times out of 10 she will find it for you. read more
