I was in one other store and there was nobody else in there and I asked clerk a few questions and he was being very rude and acted like I was bothering him from being to busy sitting on his chair, crazy if you ask me! I was in the the Tucson area and found out 2nd Amendment had a local store. So I thought I'd pay them a visit. I was looking for parts for my Ruger precision and a gentleman by the name of John was happy to help me very friendly and answered all my questions and got what I needed. I wasn't planning on buying any big ticket items but Johns customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful so I decided to purchase my first over 10 round capacity handgun from him. If you buy a pepper spray specifically, just pray that if you need it, it may fail. I tried a short squirt with the one I purchased because I had never owned one and wanted to make I understood how to operate it. I then regretted that I hadn't paid attention to how far the spray went. So I tried it a few days later and it didn't spray at all. . .so if one misses attackers eye area, one would not be able to re-aim and correct your aim. . . and beware, some may have no spray in them at all.

I will never go back into Sportsman's again and with Bass Pro soon to open at the Tucson Market Place, I hope they put Sportsman's Warehouse out of business. Next door you can purchase ammunition which is nice and convenient especially if you're trying out multiple guns of different calibers. Definitely will be back again for a Ladies Night!

I walked in with a $3,400 rifle and was offered $800-900 in trade because the clerk thought I was ignorant and he was hoping I was desperate for cash. When I told him I buy and sell that model regularly, that I know it's value, he responded he'd sell it for $1,125. So I thanked him for his time (he simply turned his back on me) and left. Two days later, I went to a different business and was given $2,300 in trade and treated with respect. It's obvious which of those two gun stores I'll do business with in the future.
