There was no line and the fingerprinting tech was ready to go. The bathroom to wash your hands in before and after was kept clean and nice. The tech who did my fingerprints was gentle and clearly understood what he was doing. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I tried a short squirt with the one I purchased because I had never owned one and wanted to make I understood how to operate it. I then regretted that I hadn't paid attention to how far the spray went. So I tried it a few days later and it didn't spray at all. . .so if one misses attackers eye area, one would not be able to re-aim and correct your aim. . . and beware, some may have no spray in them at all.
