When the items were not there I asked where they were located and was told the owner had taken many items back. This was the definition "bait and switch" and false advertising. THEY ARE ALL RUINED. it is clear they were rolled up and sealed in plastic while they were still wet. the colors are yellowed, the white borders are an ugly yellow, and the pale colors are now muddy. these rugs have been cleaned many times in the past and i have never had poor results. this was not only a waste of $2500 but now i have $18,000 worth of ruined rugs. shame on nessa rugs!

Apparently us was full of moths as well as being neglected for several years. They brought it back to life! Took care of the moth infestation and cleaned it really really well. It looks so great! I'm pleased with how it turned out and very happy with this company. The owner gave me some great rug care tips and told me if I follow his instructions I would probably only have to bring it in every 5 years unless it's used in a high tread area, in which case bring it in every two years. It looks so beautiful that I'll definitely be taking better care of it! If you have a rug you need to bring back to life, this is the place to go!
