I let him know what I was looking for and he took the time to show me and explain what they had in inventory. I was grateful that a store representative actually asked if I needed help instead of trying to hunt someone down to help me. I moved onto other areas of the store trying to find a head visor. I must have looked like I needed help as another store associate, Luis, asked if he could assist me with finding something. He guided me to the golf area and located some visors, but also brought in that department's associate, Jane, to see if there might be more in stock elsewhere. The reason I am being so detailed about my experience at Dick's today is that I can't remember being helped like this in a store, well I guess, in quite a long time. I appreciate what Dick's is instilling in their employees. That customer service does matter. I appreciate how well I was treated today and will remain a loyal customer. Thank you for hiring great folks to represent your company!

I was in the store about 30 minutes this morning and nobody came up to ask me if I needed any help or if I had any questions. After waiting three weeks for a product, and numerous emails, today I find out they didn't have what I ordered, whaaaa?? So I finally called their customer service number, 15 minutes later, someone by the name of Jason gives me this news. Now, he claims the money was refunded on 12/22, but I have not seen it yet, so he said he would process it again. That only tells me they didn't do it, and they never bothered to inform me, just bad , bad customer service, don't order anything online from them.

If you go into the building through the main entrance you will see it directly to your left. It is named after local bowling legend, Andy Clark, and run by his son, also named Andy. This is an excellent place to obtain all of your bowling needs. He sells balls, bags for your balls, shoes, accessories, and more. If you buy a ball from him, he will also drill finger holes for you free of charge. However if you bring your own undrilled ball, he charges $25 for it. Expect around a 20% markup here, since he charges the suggested retail price. For instance, I saw a pair of shoes on sale here for $60 that went for $45 - $50 online. It's totally worth the price, since the customer service here is great. I recently joined a bowling league at Lucky Strike, and I got a little lost determining what I needed to purchase. He helped me out, and suggested a few brands to try out. That said, I highly recommend visiting this place for all your bowling needs.
