I picked out three different places to go and decided to go to this one first as I made a route that was the easiest to follow. I was extremely impressed with his office. He does not go to a different room to weigh your gold. He does everything in front of you. It is also impeccably clean. Not a big office, but everything is done in front of you. I never like the idea of them taking your jewelry in the back room because you're never sure if you're getting your jewelry back if you decide you don't want to sell it. I had an idea of what it was worth and what I should get dealing with AI. I also want to mention meeting Stuart was a treat in itself. I did not realize you had to have a reservation.. Judy, the receptionist suggested I call him gave me his phone number and I did. He was wonderful and said he would be there in 15 minutes. I had a wonderful visit with him and he he seem to be a very nice man. I had no complaints either about the amount that he offered. It was a little bit less than what AI suggested, but all in all I never ended up going to the other places I decided to take his offer because he did everything in front of me. Because everything was so impeccably clean. And because Stuart was so accommodating to me. I didn't think anybody would ever go over the amount AI suggested anyway so I took the offer.

Jack was professional, very friendly, and informative. He gave me a jar of their pearl cleaner. Gave. He has a wonderful personality. This jeweler has several collectables, too. Porcelain dolls, trains, etc. and also importantly, coins. They have a numismatist Tuesdays through Saturdays and do appraisals with offer to buy. I find this jeweler to be very helpful and friendly. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. Quick summary of a very professional and pleasant transaction. Arrived, greeted at the door - invited to a comfortable, super clean office. Worked with Dart in assessing the item's value. Dart was thorough and back up support from Mickey was welcomed and kind. After validating the items authenticity, they quickly worked (read minutes) with their buying team and made a fair and reasonable offer. We proceeded to lunch to digest the offer, during which the general manager Chad phoned from another location. A pleasant conversation, he was checking in to see if we had any questions and he generously revised the companies offer a bit further based on new information in our favor. Even had he not, I get the sense he would have called to inquire about our overall experience. His inflection and communication were genuine. This place has the down-home feel of a small business with the resources and equipment of a sophisticated, highly credible business.
