I went into PMR today with little expectations to walk out with anything more than 50$-100$ just knowing how most gold&silver/pawn shops can be when it comes to buying items from a walk-in. for starters I received immediate service upon walking in, didn't have to flag anyone down they were right there ready to help! the whole vibe and atmosphere of the establishment is pleasant, they have a beautiful case full of an array of gold/silver jewelry, and coins to admire as well! Diego was the employee that assisted me today and he was so knowledgeable on every single detail that i inquired about, some of which didn't really pertain to my reason for visiting but he still had a thoughtful reply to each inquiry! he was cool calm and collected which definitely was contagious. maybe it was because Diego was able to get me about 700$ more than i was expecting from the two pieces of gold jewelry that i took in today- regardless if it was Diego's calm & sweet demeanor or the surprising ability to pay my rent in full without worry this month that resulted in my doing a little dance before my departure from PMR :~) we'll go with both! thank you Diego and thank you PMR ! I'll be back again soon and will absolutely be recommending to my friends and loved ones! read more

I didn't take in everything I had, but with that being said hands down it was super clean, and them making you feel comfortable i believe is there priority, and then they take you in a private room and the guy that was helping me was super professional, and didn't get pissed off if you asked him a question!!!! But with that being said we had normal conversations and I didn't feel rushed!!!! If you need help and you got some precious metals expect you'll get professional, and courteous respect and feel like welcomed there, and then you'll!! You'll almost spot price other than that make a appointment or just walk in I went to the speedway location, and to the guy who helped me out thank you for being professional, and courteous experience, and Thanks for making the process run smooth!! I'll be seeing you soon read more

We went in with what was frankly a mixed up bag of metal wires and scrap. We were greeted with a beautiful and friendly smile at the door. The associate introduced herself as Terra and immediately asked all 3 of us if we would like some water or needed anything. Very attentive (and from the moment you walk in you feel important). She then got us checked in and within 2 minutes we were in an office reviewing what we had brought in. With a smile the entire time Terra tested each piece patiently and got us the most $ she could for what we had brought in. She answered all our questions (Even the ones my 9 year old had) and had us on our way fairly quickly too. Patient, attentive, knowledgeable, professional and kind. 10 out of 5 stars. We will Def be going back. BEST. IN. TOWN. read more

This was my first experience with Precious Metals. Diego answered when I had called inquiring about selling some sapphires. He was so encouraging in the phone that I made my decision right then. After arriving at their office, I was warmly welcomed asking if we would like cold water. For those that don't live in AZ, it gets very hot and even though it hasn't even been the first day of spring, temps are reaching 80s. That was a nice gesture. We entered his office where he thoroughly explained my options and chatted about our spouses. What a great love story he has . If you ever in need of a reputable place to sell your jewelry or precious metals, definitely look for one of their 7 locations. Thank you Diego read more

We walked in and we're instantly greeted. Offered water or coffee.Main lobby was in immaculate shape. Clean, no clutter. Diego greeted us, with calm and pleasant approach. He asked what we wanted to do with jewelry I had. I told him I want to sale it! He then escorted us to his office. Where he did all of the testing of my jewelry in front of me and explained every test that he was doing to each piece of jewelry. He begin to calculated the value of the each piece of jewelry. I gladly accepted. It was plenty expensive. Thank you Diego for the wonderful experience in a tough situation! read more

I had a great experience working with Travis Bagnardi at Precious Metals Refinery. He was incredibly friendly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his transparency and professionalism--he gave me an offer that was more than fair, and it was clear he genuinely cared about providing great service. Travis went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Highly recommend working with him if you're looking for honesty, respect, and top-notch customer service. read more

I had experienced a new buyer this time (JANNA). All business spit and polish! Maybe 15 minutes had gone by; I finally got a smile and chuckle out of her to lighten the mood because we were going to be there a while. Janna is quite knowledgeable since she is a regional manager (if I remember correctly) her smarts about silver was really helpful since I had won 3 serving sets on a estate auction recently. I will be visiting that store soon, (speedway location) and hope to see her again read more

I appreciated the appointment requirement. That time was totally spent with me and not juggling other clients at the same time. The office was upscale. I had the pleasure of working with Diego. He was extremely professional, respectful, and personable. I'm an energy person and Diego had a great vibe. Also, he was knowledgeable; I found out emeralds have no value. The highlight was meeting Diego and chatting with him about shared interests. read more

PMR on Speedway is solid, but Diego is the real standout. This guy actually knows what customer service is supposed to look like. He's quick, respectful, and pays attention to what you need instead of rushing you off. Every time I've dealt with him, he's been on point and made the whole process easy. If you go to PMR on Speedway, ask for Diego -- he's the one who gets things done right read more

Diego paid me fair and was polite through the whole process. Was not rushed to make a decision, carefully explained how much I would get for each piece I had. I was very happy with what I was paid.
