I Scheduled an appointment to inquire about selling 5 14-k gold rings. The person who greeted me never introduced herself. So I don't know her name. Turns out to be michelle , the "manager." She had food on her desk and yelled across the hall to her colleague instead of getting up. she offered me around $345 for ALL 5 rings. when I told her no thank you please give me my Jewelry, she responded, were you expecting more? In about 5 minutes she came up to $500. I left. The regional Manager called to inquire about why I didn't sell. She told me I was offered $600! REALLY!!?? I was pleased with my experience at PMR today selling old jewelry to them. I have been hesitant to do this but with metal prices soaring I figured it was time to let go of these old unworn pieces. Testing was done on site in front of me to assay the purity of the metal as was weighing. The initial offer I was given was a bit less than what I'd hoped for but I was given an opportunity to negotiate and we came to a mutually acceptable amount. I was given a check for the total amount which is now happily deposited in my banking institution.
