Five Stars for Matthew We decided to start investing in Silver early August 2025. First place ( name not given ) we spent $$ on were good people and pretty informative. 2 weeks later we decided to try a new company which happened to be PMR on Grant Rd . Late August /2025 I called and spoke to a gentleman by name of Matthew . Wow , was he super super informative along with going slow enough for a newbie as myself to learn some of the terms . Went into the store and was even more impressed with Matthew . He definitely made us feel comfortable and we felt like we learned quite a bit . Very happy with our purchase . Matthew knows his business and he is definitely a people's person . 5 Stars for Amber Soooooooo; Decided to purchase a 2nd time late September. Called and Spoke to Amber . Exact same informative help and advice . Very very professional and slow enough for myself to keep learning . Amber makes you feel good about your purchase regardless of dollar amount . What's crazy is , these employees make you feel so comfortable you could easily make a habit out of coming in often to invest . John . read more

My first time in this store. Not sure what to expect but Francisco made me feel right at home. He was quite knowledgeable about Gold bullion. He answered all my questions about buying and selling gold coins. I want to thank him for his polite nature and manner. And, making feel like I'd made the right decision to walk into the store. I hadn't planned on buying any Gold but I did and felt good about my decision. I didn't feel pressured into buying. I felt I made an informative decision and didn't feel foolish in making an investment in Gold. I most certainly will be back to purchase more gold coin from Francisco...John R. read more

Very good experience coming here. I was skeptical as I never sold any jewelry before but they were very knowledgeable and also not trying to sell me right away... They encouraged me to look at other options before I made my final decision. I decided to go back after a couple weeks and spoke with Scott who took his time to make sure I got the value I deserved. He was very personable, knowledgeable and also professional. He explained the cost breakdown and how everything factored into my final offer. 10/10 would recommend... I feel extremely comfortable with the service I was provided. read more

Heather's customer service is excellent! I brought my mother-in-law to PMR to have the band on her new watch adjusted. Heather very quickly determined and made the necessary adjustment to ensure a correct fit. However, my mother-in-law wanted to see if a different adjustment made for a better "feel" on her wrist. Heather readily accommodated my mother-in-law's request. Unfortunately, the second adjustment did not improve the fit. Without hesitation, Heather restored the original adjustment. Heather's patience and flexibility at ensuring customer satisfaction are exemplary! read more

Sales & Jewerly representative and buyer of the business Matthew Wilson was very professional, articulate, understanding and trustworthy. He didnt only explain the reason for there business but took time to help me understand the whole market and picture of what I was there for. Amazing of how he said shop around and I did and the place I thought would beat there price USA PAWN was totally inconsiderate to the fact that im a human and not an idiot. I went back and sealed the deal at Precious Metals w Matthew Wilson. Thank you so much Matthew Wilson for you service and help. read more

Got a couple of coins from Francisco, who is very knowledgeable when it comes to Native American history and coins. On one of my trips by Uber, I was almost on the receiving end of losing yet something else, my cellphone in the Uber. Thank Goodness the young girl remembered me, and while I was at my Airbnb going crazy looking for my phone, it was all working itself out. I ran back to the store on foot and out of breath only to find that Matt and Francisco had my phone waiting in hand and rescuing me from a bad day. Thanks PMR, Christopher read more

This was my initial experience selling my jewelry, which I have possessed for over 20 years. Matt welcomed me immediately upon entering and demonstrated a friendly and professional demeanor. Matt checked out all my jewelry really carefully, especially since a lot of it had broken or missing stones, and explained their offer super clearly. The whole thing was just a great experience! I totally recommend stopping by Precious Metals and asking for Matt if you're thinking about selling or buying jewelry. read more

Mathew Wilson and David were very helpful and giving us a great price for gold that I sell. I know the price is going down for gold and silver but they were very competitive and able to negotiate well. Quick service and professional and I will definitely coming back to sell to them. They had a great collection for silver and gold too. Please come and stop by to see it for yourself. Thanks Mathew and David! 5 stars service read more

We sold a few small pieces of jewellery and gold medal here - very positive, honest experience with their branch manager David. He showed me every step of their appraisal process and was very fair about the price. Also an overall nice guy to work with. If you need to sell gold/silver items (jewelery and more), don't hesitate to give this PMR location and David a shot! read more

I was very pleased with my experience at PMR Grant Rd. location. I was helped by Stephanie and to some degree by Heather. Stephanie was professional and courteous and very personable. I did not feel rushed and she was pretty clear about each group of items I brought in. Seems like a very good place to go for this type of transaction. read more

Matt did a great job. Just got rid of some junk. Got me a water. Great employee. Went thru a whole bag of junk jewelerya and got twice the price of another place as he spent his time. $4170 vs $2500 offered at another place becuase he took his time going thru it all. And had a fun vs a scratch thing. read more
