I have been a customer of PMR for over a year. I go there because the employees are very friendly, the space is comfortable, and there's no pressure to sell if you don't like their offer (but you probably will). On my most recent visit, I worked with Cisco, a very nice, very knowledgeable guy. If you've got some gold or silver items that you no longer need, I recommend a visit to PMR. read more

Rachel gave me a great rate and did the verifications very quickly. The rate was bettter than what was quoted over the phone.

Damon was great! Easy to converse with. He took his time to explain the value of my pieces. I truly appreciate his professionalism.

PMR on Sabino Canyon and Tanque Verde is awesome. Rachel is a pleasure to work with. She is always smiling and happy to greet customers. I have sold items with PMR, but recently, they have helped me identify the metal content of items I wish to sell privately. Go in and see that my review is accurate. Thanks the PMR and Rachel! read more

I have gone to PMR to sell silver and JEWELRY over the past year and been very happy with the results. They have always been very welcoming and professional. They know exactly how to figure the items worth and give a fair amount of money. My last encounter was with Doreen Swanson. She was very pleasant and took the time to take care of me. I will return in the future. read more

They NEVER answer their PHONE ! Have called over 4 times on different days. I guess I will o elsewhere, they don't need any business.

Bing, honest, it is a start. Enlighten people see the weight of their gold or silver instead of throwing it on a scale. And saying it weighs a certain amount. When it doesn't, it 's actually more weight? Therefore, they can low ball. You that's not right read more

The staff are nice and upfront with their information. They will tell you the truth and make an honest offer for your items. I shopped around and had a bad experience from another buyer who was offering half of what PMR paid. I took a friend's recommendation to go to PMR and am very thankful that I did. David, thank you for being honest and up front I am recommending you and PMR to all my family and friends. It was worth the drive to visit this particularly location. You are awesome. read more

Beware.. Sold here once before with satisfactory result. This time I called all three locations and got a different buy price of 90-95% of spot price. I went in and spoke to Mary who denied ever buying from me and says they never go by spot price but have their own "price sheet". Strange as that's exactly how I sold to them the first time. I got the cringiest feeling as she spoke, and felt this place was definitely shady. The so called "price sheet" lowballs the buy price to below 90% of value. Don't be fooled. What a joke. read more

We walked in not knowing what to expect. Rachel Kok greeted us and walked us through the process explaining each step. No pressure, just a good knowledgeable description of how the items were evaluated. Felt that we were treated fairly and with respect! read more

Went to the Tanque Verde location and was greeted by Jimmy and Mary. They really helped me through a tough time selling my mothers jewelry. Very transparent and professional. read more

This was a the sleaziest experience. I would NOT recommend. Go elsewhere. There are honest buyers that are trustworthy and will provide you a pleasant experience in Tucson. Not These folks. Mary lacks class and tact. She played a great role in distracting us. Never have Sold jewelry and not had a private experience with just one buyer. She was floating around the table, putting our merchandise down and offering tea. It was beyond strange. If you sell here make sure to go ONE ITEM AT A TIME. We went in.... With a list of all items to show: perhaps outwardly we looked inexperienced however upon arriving home we noticed a ring was missing after taking inventory, which we now are left wondering... HOW?? The one thing I can say for sure is none of the previous reviews were reflective of our experience. We exited quickly for this reason. read more

David took great care of me. Very professional. Comfortable setting. Thanks, David!!!

I went in with a gold medallion to sell. I was very pleased with the entire process and was given a very fair amount of money. I was treated respectfully the entire time. Highly recommend. read more

Also, purchased a very unique piece of jewelry...they have some very items for sale at good prices. Will be back read more

Redeem. Webster says: 1a : to buy back : repurchase. b : to get or win back. 2 : to free from what distresses or harms: such as. a : to free from captivity by payment of ransom. b : to extricate from or help to overcome something detrimental. This company has redeemed itself by handling real problems with real solutions! Based on the company's response to my previous review, it is crystal clear that they have taken my problems seriously. Thank you! I received a reply from their business manager, then their district manager and ultimatey, the owner. They were all prompt and helpful, but the owner was exceptionally thoughtful and concerned for me, the customer, instead of just covering their behinds or giving me the corporate run around, he took the feedback and is using it to remedy any internal problems. Honestly, that's all I could ever ask of a business, to be open to hearing a customer's perspectiveand to take appropriate action. So refreshing. If all owners took things this seriously, I would be blown away and I am a former business consultant who knows how challenging that can be for owners and mangers to accept the feedback. So, if you have any concerns or problems, don't let them fester, contact this company because of 2 words: they care. That's a rare thing. I don't expect much during a Pandemic, but I do know money can be tight and PMR can be a real help. I believe they have and will tighten up their training and protocols so this doesn't happen to others. read more
