Beware.. Sold here once before with satisfactory result. This time I called all three locations and got a different buy price of 90-95% of spot price. I went in and spoke to Mary who denied ever buying from me and says they never go by spot price but have their own "price sheet". Strange as that's exactly how I sold to them the first time. I got the cringiest feeling as she spoke, and felt this place was definitely shady. The so called "price sheet" lowballs the buy price to below 90% of value. Don't be fooled. What a joke. read more

This was a the sleaziest experience. I would NOT recommend. Go elsewhere. There are honest buyers that are trustworthy and will provide you a pleasant experience in Tucson. Not These folks. Mary lacks class and tact. She played a great role in distracting us. Never have Sold jewelry and not had a private experience with just one buyer. She was floating around the table, putting our merchandise down and offering tea. It was beyond strange. If you sell here make sure to go ONE ITEM AT A TIME. We went in.... With a list of all items to show: perhaps outwardly we looked inexperienced however upon arriving home we noticed a ring was missing after taking inventory, which we now are left wondering... HOW?? I recently sold some silver to pmr. Some pure sterling and some weighted . These are two totally different grades of pay out. But in their initial evaluation they decided to bundle all the silver together and paying out at the lowest grade. After I pointed out that the pure sterling would be paid out at a higher rate they adjusted accordingly. This showed me that they knew that the value was greater and was willing to short me. Do your homework and be willing to question motive. Fancy facade but works like a sketchy pawnshop. read more

They were all prompt and helpful, but the owner was exceptionally thoughtful and concerned for me, the customer, instead of just covering their behinds or giving me the corporate run around, he took the feedback and is using it to remedy any internal problems. Honestly, that's all I could ever ask of a business, to be open to hearing a customer's perspectiveand to take appropriate action. So refreshing. If all owners took things this seriously, I would be blown away and I am a former business consultant who knows how challenging that can be for owners and mangers to accept the feedback. So, if you have any concerns or problems, don't let them fester, contact this company because of 2 words: they care. That's a rare thing. I don't expect much during a Pandemic, but I do know money can be tight and PMR can be a real help.
