So I managed to bang up my platinum band pretty bad and break the diamond. They handled my diamond with care and were able to make my ring as good as new again. I was looking everywhere for some place that could resize my ring and not take 2-3 weeks before…read moregetting back. A lot of places that resize rings are only willing to do it if you also bought the ring from them. Some are only willing to downsize by one size. On Saturday it was raining and the weather pushed us into the Park Place Mall for shelter since I couldn't go home, as my usual route was a little flooded. We decided to grab lunch. When I first walked in there were other customers being assisted but not overly busy. I just had to wait a moment for assistance. Let me preface by saying, it wasn't a long wait- but even if it had been inconvenient, it would have been worth it. They checked out my ring, asked me what size I wanted. I told them what size I usually wear (which is still slightly too small). They wanted me to try a half size smaller. So I did. I settled on the .75 between the next whole and the half. I was worried about the integrity of my ring and the stones between a two size difference but they assured me it would be fine. I am extremely happy that I followed their advice to go smaller. It was due to finish at 6p. I got a text at 5:08p saying they were already finished and it was ready for pickup! They were done early! I got excited. The location was super convenient, so I ran back to grab it. Upon arriving, they found my ring right away using the ticket they'd given me. They noticed mil and gave me a discount. I just want everyone to know about this place. Even before I left they offered me a complimentary cleaning for all the other rings I was wearing on the spot. My wedding ring is now sparkling again, and I couldn't be happier with this business! Ps if you view the pics it's the sapphire ring that was resized. My husband (fiancée then) purchased a 2 CARAT VVSS2 GIA CERTIFIED DIAMOND that we found out DID NOT MATCH OUR GIA CERTIFICATE! The Diamond was also set crooked. After losing confidence with errors to my husbands wedding ring we brought my ring to a gemologis to be sure diamonds were set secure. Never did we expect that we did not receive the Diamond that we purchased. If not for this we would never have known we did not receive what we paid for. TIP: It is worth paying a gemologist to check your purchase. Inside my husband's wedding ring I requested "A perfect fit" to be engraved. PERFECT was spelled PERFIT! The store had the error fixed. My husband wore his ring for seven days and the Diamond was lost. Did I mention the sloppy rough job Daniel's did setting the Diamond originally! After many trips to the store we have no rings; only painful memories. Fortunately, the rings are only a symbol of our love. I lost the thrill of showing off my ring and my wedding photos will have pictures of the wrong rings once we replace them. TIP: The gemologist said no jeweler would sell a GIA Diamond and not show the customer that the Diamond in your ring and the certificate match. Daniel's lacks quality control. BBB gives Daniel's rating one star. I would give Daniel's rating a minus five stars, but that rating was not available. One last comment. Just before purchasing our rings I checked out reviews. They were not good. Nicole, the manager had great reasons for the bad reviews. I was scarred off. My fiancée felt Nicole was knowledgeable and had spent time with us so wanted to give her our business. A poor decision. Best wishes on your search.
