(1 Star) I visited…read moreUSA Pawn on June 26 at approximately 1:00 PM with the intention of purchasing a firearm. When I approached the counter, an employee who identified himself as "JJ" was sitting on his phone. I stood at the counter waiting for assistance for about 10 minutes (until roughly 1:10 PM) and was never greeted or offered help. After waiting, I asked if I could get some assistance. Instead of providing customer service, he initially ignored me. When I expressed my frustration and commented on the poor service, he responded by saying, "I figured you could use your big boy voice and say something when you're ready." I replied that I figured he could do his job by welcoming customers and asking if they needed help instead of sitting on his phone while customers waited at the counter. I then asked for his name, and he identified himself as "JJ." In case that was not his actual name, the employee I spoke with had a ponytail and a mustache/goatee combination. As someone who has shopped at this store before, I found this interaction extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. No customer should be left standing at the counter for 10 minutes while an employee sits on their phone, only to be met with a sarcastic response when asking for assistance. Management should seriously consider retraining this employee on basic customer service, professionalism, and how to properly interact with customers. A simple greeting and offer to help would have completely changed this experience. Because of this interaction, I chose not to make my purchase and took my business elsewhere. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and am giving it a one-star review.

Literally the shittiest pawn shop I've ever pawned at. I've pawned a lot of items in my life and…read morealways pull them out of pawn. Decided to try this store and was lowballed to an insane degree. I was hard pressed for cash so i accepted. The guy at the counter said it would be $85 (from a $75 pawn) to pull out in the first month. Came back 5 days after pawning and they told me it was $115 to get out. I left my pawn sheet at home but told them that was the price they listed if I cash it out after the 2 month mark. Response was "well you can't prove it because you didn't bring your slip." Total asshole move, but i come back with the slip and get ready to pay it before they mention they only take cash (which was never mentioned at the time of pawn). Then they said I could use their atm ($5 fee) to get cash out. I NEVER go through the trouble of writing reviews, but these guys are just scammer level people and they were so awful that I felt compelled to write something. Stay far far away from these scumbags. Without question the worst pawn shop I've ever been to. Ghetto as fuck.
