It's a tad weird there. When you go in there isn't anyone around except a receptionist, who is friendly, but reserved. Then she calls 'somewhere', and eventually a sales rep comes out, but the whole time you're wondering 'wth?' because there are no other people in the whole building. Weird. No background music, no literature laying around. etc. Finally a sales rep comes out from some hidden place, and he was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, but was unable to fully answer all of our questions. When we called him later on his cell phone there was no voice mailbox available, so we thought that was wierd too. Eventually we did purchase what we were looking for, but it has not been delivered yet, sooooooo, the final jury is still out. We don't feel very attached, but we are keeping our fingers crossed that everything works out as we have been assured. read more

We purchased a stove and a seal for our washing machine from Frontline. I was in the store twice looking at stoves. Both times the sales people were very friendly. I was met promptly coming through the door and they answered all of my questions. My appliance was delivered within 2 days. Delivery was quick and I saved on a service fee by having both my seal and the stove done at the same time. My delivery person was nice. He came in and got the job done. I haven't gotten a chance to use my stove yet but everything seems to be working. The delivery person cleaned up after himself on the way out and took my old unit with him which I did pay for. Their delivery prices were very reasonable. Every unit on their floor appears to come with a warranty which I really liked. Most of their items are used/refurbished/open box items so I felt a lot more confident purchasing knowing there was a warranty and the items had been inspected. read more

Having just moved back to Tucson and having purchased a home that came with an old washer/dryer set, I knew that I would soon need something newer. I believe in buying local and supporting Tucson merchants. My father was a Marine and my mother had owned and run her own business for several years. While researching local appliance businesses, I found Frontline Appliances (which is veteran and woman-owned) and was encouraged by the positive reviews they received from their customers. In Frontline's store, I received very courteous and prompt service from Jonathan and I selected a washer dryer set that was carefully and professionally installed two days later by their very skilled installation team. This team took extra care to make sure that both the old appliances were moved out and new ones moved in without any damage to my home's walls, doors etc. They ran the machines to test that they were working properly before they left. There was one glitch, discovered by Jonathan later, that one standard service charge had not been applied to my bill. But Frontline was true to their motto "We'll cover your 'six'", and ultimately waived this charge. Scheduling service was easy, and Frontline Appliances technicians have always been incredibly responsive and helpful with fixing issues. Prices for purchases and repair work are extremely reasonable. The owners have integrity and look for constructive solutions to challenges. They have always had my best interests in mind. I also like the fact that the business is veteran-owned. Our fridge was not cooling well and it would be a while before we could have parts and installation complete. We had been wanting a secondary fridge/freezer for our garage so this was the perfect time to get it. We knew we didn't want to spend a ton of money since it was just going to be in our garage but we wanted to know it would work. I stumbled across Frontline Appliances by doing a google search and decided to give them a try. I honestly wasn't expecting much out of appliance shopping but they blew me away with their service! Don't be turned off by the outside. It's not a storefront or anything like that so it is a little weird at first but give them a try!! Because of covid, they do require appointments so you can't just come in and browse on your own but it actually was a better experience to have the appointment because I'm not spending my time just wandering around not knowing what I'm looking for! It was very personalized and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. I worked with Yuri and she was so friendly, sweet, personable and helpful! She explained everything to me very thoroughly. After deciding on the fridge, we set up a delivery day/time and they were able to get it scheduled for delivery the next day! The time was for a specific time too...not just like an all day time frame that they expect someone to be there. They showed up and delivered on time and installed everything quickly without me. I just left the garage open for them and when they were done, they let me know and I came out to sign the papers. The guy who delivered and installed was very nice and made sure I didn't have any questions at all. He also handed me a personalized hand written thank you card from Yuri before he left. Talk about customer service! All businesses need to take note from this small family run business on how to treat their customers! What a great experience! I just have to say how incredible this company and owners are! Buying appliances can be really nerve racking and I had searched all over town after weeks of doing research on what the best washer and dryer on the market was these days... I'd recently given my mom my washer as she needed one and I decided I wanted new! But after looking everywhere, even with our military discount all the big stores were rude, or had a lack of customer service, not great warranties etc. we left Frontline to check a couple more places because it was my first time buying new appliances and I wanted to see everything and make sure I was making the wisest choice which I quickly realized based on what I was seeing and how I was treated elsewhere that I'd be purchasing from Frontline. So I called and purchased my washer and dryer from Yuri while at Lowe's standing next to their appliance people because they never even asked if they could help!! They came and installed everything and even added to my water appliance water lines to make sure my steam functions were done properly. Had a couple minor issues with the units and Efren and their crew have been on top of it all. When the dryer was delivered the drum had moved a little in transit but didn't fully become a noticeable problem until about a week later. I called and Efeen was there the next day and balanced it out. Not a problem with the dryer since!!! (And totally a normal thing that happens regardless of where it came from)The washer did have some problems that truly were unrelated to the company at all just a washer issue and Efren just swapped it out and later told me that they ran so many tests and it was just a lemon and apologized profusely! Which was completely unnecessary because it was not their fault at all!!!! Their warranty is personal and better than if I would have bought the same brand new unit from a big company. They are honest, loyal and kind. And when they say they have your 6, they mean it!!! I love the fact that it is a Veteran owned business. That was a big plus for me. I love our military and our vets and come from a heavy military family so I love that I could support them. Months later (I've had the units for four months) I needed a small outdoor fridge and tried to see if they had any first before looking anywhere else but they didn't have what I needed unfortunately so I just bought a cheap used one to get by for now. Someday when it does need to be replaced I will go to them. My mom loved them so much that she is going through an unfortunate disaster leak from the unit above the condo she owns that destroyed her entire kitchen and she has already said that if the insurance company let's her pick her appliances she will pay more than what they give her for them so that she can purchase from frontline and Yuri and Efren! We bought a refrigerator in 2022 and didn't inform Frontline at the time of issues we were having, so we are not blaming them for not knowing we were not happy with the refrigerator. We recently decided to return to Frontline and purchase another frig last week. Mid-week I spoke to Yudi by phone and told her we were coming on Friday (driving from Green Valley) to do so. She said the store would be open until 5:00 pm. I specifically told her that she would see us on Friday. We arrived at 2:00 pm to find a CLOSED sign on the door! I called Frontline and left a message, hoping they would return to the store soon to make the transaction. We gave up after 15 minutes and went shopping at other appliance stores. Today I received a message saying they had an "emergency" last week (I wonder how many times they've used that excuse?) No apology, just an "emergency". We could have shopped at Home Depot or Lowes, but we chose to support a local business. The downside is that owners can make and change their business hours whenever they feel like it. I think they simply forgot we were coming, which wouldn't have happened at Home Depot. I would not recommend Frontline Appliances due to their lack of integrity. read more

Day 1: Called for a new dishwasher to be delivered and installed in a rental unit with the old one hauled away. Appointment set for 3:30 on day 2. Tenants were to return at 5:00 and he would be done by then. All very good so far. Day 2: Installer called and wanted to come at 3:00 instead. Sounded good so I went to the property at 3:00. He showed up at 3:30 which was fine but he forgot his tools. I offered him mine but he left and said he would be back at 4:00. I waited outside and he showed back up at 4:30. He still said he would be done by 5:00. At 6:00 he was about done and ready to leave. I asked him to test it and water starts to run out below the dishwasher. He adjusted something and stopped the flow of water and asked me for a mop. I cleaned up the water with a cloth. Then he ran the dishwasher again and some alarm went off and light started flashing. He said I would need to make a service call. I thought that was not a good idea since the unit was supposedly new. He got on the phone with Effren and they couldn't figure it out. Effron said they would bring a new unit on day 3 and make it right. The installer said he was open all day on day 3 and would be back to make it right. Day 3: Called at 8:00. Voicemail says not open until 10:00. Called again at 11:00. Day 2 installer called in sick. They will look for another installer. Called back at 1:00 and said dishwasher will be to the unit by 1:30. I showed up at 1:30. Nobody there yet. Finally showed up at around 2:45. Needs to be done by 4:00 today for tenants. William brought dishwasher in and installed it with no problem in about 25 minutes. He was really good. I may use this company again but only if I can get William to do the work. He is the only reason there is three stars instead of one. read more

We relocated to Tucson this summer and I used Frontline Appliances to purchase a washer and dryer. I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time! On the front end I worked with Yuri. She was fantastic. She patiently allowed me to ask a lot of questions and answered each one. I selected the units we wanted and they were delivered exactly when they told me they would be. No 4 hour window they said they would be there at 1pm and they arrived at 12:59. They were installed by Efren and Gilbert. Both guys were extremely professional and polite. Everything works great and I can't see us using any other appliance company ever! Update; only a few months after the second washer was delivered, it proved to be possessed and in very bad shape. The machine vibrated so much that it traveled completely across the laundry room floor to the extent that the water hose was completely extended. When examining the washer, it showed that the upper inside basket was made of plastic and completely broken. I ended up throwing the washer away and wasting over $200, ordering a new one online. So sad to leave this update! On a positive note, the customer service was still good. :-) read more
