We had Mr. Towner out to our house last summer to fix my twenty- two year old SpeedQueen Dryer. Work was completed in one day and reasonably priced. (We both agreed, they don't make appliances like they used to.) I felt it was better/more cost efficient to fix what we had than purchase something brand new that would only last six to seven years. Two weeks ago we had Mr. Towner over to our rental property where he re-habilitated my nine year old dishwasher. Again, the work was completed in one day and for a reasonable price. I definitely didn't need the stress of shopping for a new machine, ordering it, waiting for it to arrive and then having it installed. While he was waiting for his son to run out for parts for the dishwasher, he took my stove door apart and tightened the handle down for me. Might seem like a small thing, but I don't have to worry about it coming off in some tenant's hands now. All in all we're very happy with the service provided. read more

We have had Electro Mechanical Service Professionals do a few jobs for us at our home here in Tucson, AZ. David and Sammi are wonderful! The service, promptness and quality of work was professional in every way. They worked on our hot water heater that was shutting off frequently. Rather than directing us to to replace and buy a new water heater, they found a bad thermo-couple and replaced it. Saved us a ton of money and its been working great months and months ever since. The went the extra mile and flushed the water heater too and installed an exhaust vent in our laundry/water heater area. We also had them do another job for us. David replaced a faulty water pressure regulator that was the main pressure valve feeding water to the entire house. The pressure was excessively high and would have caused plumbing problems down the road. We also had a running water issue. It was determined a toilet was not completely shutting off after a flush. Very slow trickle was hard to find. They fixed it quickly. Every job was performed flawlessly, and done right the first time. Pricing was very fair and they are wonderful people. I had a refrigerator emergency on a Saturday and called EMSP; they had a full day but David said he'd be happy to come by at the end of the day and look at my fridge. He called before he came and spent a good deal of time looking at the refrigerator. Even though it was Saturday evening and I'm sure he would have liked to get home and relax, he did not rush but took the time needed to determine what might be wrong and what the potential fixes would be. I was impressed with how thorough he was, how professional and friendly he and his assistant, Ed, were, and with his honesty that it would probably cost me quite a bit to repair the refrigerator and, for it's age, I'd be better off buying a new one. I appreciated this because he doesn't sell refrigerators and he could have made a lot of money off trying to repair this one.
