    Customer service is not that great They have more than enough employees from the look of it. But still have yet to receive any assistant's.

    The store in general is alright, some things are overpriced but they have a deal here and there but my main complaint with the store is their absolutely terrible customer service. I have literally gone to this store on 3 occasions and each one was bad. The first time I went , my son picked out a toy on clearance, and when I went to the cash register to pay the item did not wring up (which tends to happen when an item had reached its Last markdown) so the employee went and got a newer version of the toy to get the price. I explained to her the price was different because the toy was on clearance. The employee sighed at me and told me she would have to get a manager. The manager came back with 3 more of the newer version of the toy and talked to me as If i were stupid saying 'this is the price of the toy , as you can see here, very similar packaging' lol! I know it's similar, but not the same because this was the older version and therefore marked down. He told me 'well I'm sorry, I can't give it to you for that price' more upsetting Thant he fact that they don't honor the prices they post themselves is how they treated me and talked to me.The second occasion I went to buy appliances, the employee that helped us was not the most knowledgeable or helpful but she was very nice. But then another employee got involved and the process became more frustrating because instead of giving us information on the things we were interested in, they just kept trying to upsell us and push a particular item. Despite this, In the end we purchased a refrigerator, a washer and dryer and a tv, spending over 6k , and they assured us they had an amazing return policy and that they would price match any other stores price and beat it by 10% within a certain amount of time after our our purchase. fast forward 2 days later I saw the refrigerator at a much much lower price at the Home Depot as well as a much lower price on the washer and dryer. I went to the store to have it price matched as they told me I could and it was immediately a problem. The assistant manager (Anthony Sorano) informed us they could not price match because the items did not come up at that price on the Home Depot website. We told him that was because this specific store had them on sale and showed him pictures of the sale and price tag at the hole depot and he continued to say no, and that he could send the request to corporate but that it would be a waste of time and they would say no too because their price match guarantee doesn't cover that, which is understandable but very frustrating when the employee selling to you doesn't explain that, they Just tell you their policy is amazing and that they will match any price because all they care about in the moment is making a sale. We tell him we want a refund if he cannot price match (items have not left the store and we're scheduled to be delivered a week later) and he gives us a refund in cash for the washer and dryer, then when it comes to the fridge he tells us that he cannot refund it because they cannot refund more than 2,500 in cash. We ask how come? We see you have the money in store and he tells us it's because they're technically not allowed to have that much money in store????? So he says the only other way to receive a refund for the fridge is my check which would take two weeks to be delivered, despite the fact that it clearly states on their website (will post picture) that refund will be returned to the original form of payment, which in our case was a debit card. The assistant manager helping us just unsympathetically kept shaking his head and saying 'I can't do that mam' when we asked for it to be refunded to our debit card. We now have to go back in another day when the manager is in store to see if he can 'override' this despite the fact that this is the store policy. laughably ridiculous customer service overall. They just want to make the sale and don't care about customers afterwards

    They have very low quality products. After a few months the couches had a lot of faux leather had come off.

He moved the appliance a few inches unscrewed a couple screws then proceeded to tell us that he couldn't fix the product and that we owe him ninety dollars. I explained that we were told they could fix the product or we wouldn't have had him out and per his office staff The ninety dollars was supposed to go towards fixing it. He proceeded to argue with me as to why he couldn't fix it.. At that point I just wanted to get him out of our house so I paid him, so he would leave. He left the appliance sticking out for me to put back. It was not a good experience to be argued with, disrespected in my own home and pay ninety dollars for it. I tried to tell the office what happened, but they told me that even if they tried to fix the appliance it would probably break again. I asked them, that being the case, do you think that it's fair to charge me ninety dollars for 5 minutes? He stated that they were professionals and that they deserved ninety dollars for going out. I didn't see anything professional about our visit.
