Its excellence in customer service makes it worthy of the position it has in this branch and the atmosphere of the store feels different I see more active employees, laughing and friendly with us customers and this is appreciated. I also want to highlight the work of sales representative Jose Aguirre very professional and his customer service is excellent. The store itself has been excellent in sales and customer support for myself who has been a loyal customer for years. However, I recently had the worst experience with centricity who was handling my tv claim. The claim started ok but took a nose dive after i was denied in home service which is offered on their warranty for tv's larger than 40+ inches. I had to wait 48 hours over 10 days to get an excuse for each problem i faced as a result. No rep would assist me but wrather told me i had to wait so my concerns could be "escalated" Because of this denial i was told I had to call around my city for a repair shop. I had to take my 85 inch 2k$+ tv to get diagnosed and pay out of my own pocket for the repair before any type of reimbursement. I expressed concern and frustration for having to take on this task and was told if I wanted my tv fixed I had to do this myself regardless if the tv may get damaged during transit. After weeks of not getting any resolution from centricity and no reimbursement for repairs I made one last call for help and I reached operations manager Adriana Nieblas from the Tucson store who took it upon herself to file a claim regarding my situation and returned my calls (not one call back from centricity) and after a few days I was offered a final solution which I happily accepted. It was with her help and managers like Isaac Revilla that were willing to help me are reasons why Curacao will keep me as a customer. read more

I worked at this store for a short while. I have to say that my experience at Curacao was terrible. Employees work on commission and they are trained to push unnecessary accessories and warranties. If an employee does not push, and i do mean push hard to sell stuff the customer is just not interested in they are let go. The phone system for the store is never up and running. My friend tried to call and ask for some information about his purchase and nobody EVER pick up the phone. I think the store will last about another year before it closes down. The manager is an asshole of a little guy with a super Napoleon complex. His assistant is a clueless airhead who does not now what she is doing. DON'T SHOP THERE! read more

I really like this place!! Very bright and clean!! The employees are very knowledgeable and prompt. If they dont have an answer. We had purchased a hover board and within the first week it had broken (due to trying to figure it out..) i took it back and they looked it over and replaced the whole board. If I could give 10 stars i would!!! I have returned and have purchased more from the company. Their furniture is of good quality. Nothing cheap like Sam Levitz where the couches break within a few months. When you have kids.. I recommend this place to as many people as possible!! Customer for life!!! read more

Adrian Contreras was truly an amazing asset to our first experience at Curacao. He helped us through the application process with ease and answered every question we had about the financing ( and we have no trouble asking for more information). He had a great sense of humor that made shopping there even easier. Things were a little over priced that I did see but I mean Rent-a-Center is more expensive in my book. The fact that they do offer a protection plan incase your items are stolen or something happens was very nice too. All together a great experience. read more

I recently went to Curacao here in Tucson for the first time. I was very impressed with the friendly attitude everyone displayed. I was looking to purchase a TV and was directed to a young man named Angel Villa. He listened carefully to my specific requests for what I needed on the TV. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and helped me pick a sound bar as well. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. my Wife and I had never been to this store before. We went in with my two boys and while shopping had a very sweet lady come up to us and ask if we would like our kids to go into a kids area at first I thought it was strange but they wanted to go and while we went looking for a tv we were immediately noticed. I can confidently say if there was at least one representative like jenifer in each department this store would be the best. Also my kids loved ruby Won't need to take my business anywhere else. Went into this store to browse and found that I was being stalked by sales robots.They followed me to the tv area and a sales person suddenly appeared. He looked like a sweaty rat on crack. He started to give me the speel on tv's and told him no thanks and I had just purchased 4 new Vizio's at Walmart and he looked sadddd. Walking in this store gave me such a welcoming warm feeling. I thought the prices were just right. . I love the fact that all the workers are friendly and very helpful. . I have gone back more than 6 times and always got the same feeling . .
