After the installation we noticed stains under the finish. The only way to do anything about this would be to rip out the panels and start over. We settled on a refund of $700 and decided we could live with it as is. The problem we're having now is the calking along the edges of the panels is starting to shrink and leave gaps. I was told that if moisture gets in between the wall and Granite panels it could loosen them. I have called them three times in the past month. No one picks up the phone and no one returns calls. No one cares. I hear they're on the way out of business. I can see why. Avoid this company at all costs. I now just use our other bath to avoid damaging anything. I already knee his price was fare and with the wonderful reference from his prior employer I just went with it (he left that job to start his own company). He showed me doors and and I picked one. He also recommended having the glass treated (very reasonably) and was I glad I did, well worth the little extra. The door came in quickly and installation was set very fast. Install went smoothly and it looks great. Eddie is honest and very personable, his employee who did the install was also very nice and very good. Overall if I could give more stars I would. He lacks the knowledge to properly prepare the…read moreconcrete, and if there's already an existing epoxy, he doesn't remove it; instead, he simply rolls the new epoxy over it. As a result, my patio has suffered from delamination, blistering, roller marks, and puddles and drips throughout. Despite my complaint, Alex's boss and owner, Stephan Johnson, ignored it and refused to offer a resolution. Fortunately, I never paid them the full amount for the work, but I still lost over $700, plus the additional $245 I paid Alex personally. I have to pay another company to remove the epoxy and redo the entire patio 3K! Do not use Arizona Contractors for epoxy work stay away from this company!!
