After the installation we noticed stains under the finish. The only way to do anything about this would be to rip out the panels and start over. We settled on a refund of $700 and decided we could live with it as is. The problem we're having now is the calking along the edges of the panels is starting to shrink and leave gaps. I was told that if moisture gets in between the wall and Granite panels it could loosen them. I have called them three times in the past month. No one picks up the phone and no one returns calls. No one cares. I hear they're on the way out of business. I can see why. Avoid this company at all costs. I now just use our other bath to avoid damaging anything. I would give them ZERO stars for product and service. Thanks for nothing.

Jordan and the other helpful staff at the showroom were knowledge and patient with me, as I vacillated between different materials and became unsure of what to pick since granite and quartz are a bit of an investment. She was patient and knowledgable, while also creative and smart as she helped by coming up with a solution to my design and budget dilemma.
