I would not recommend this company. Take your money elsewhere. After signing a contract they completely fell off the radar with scheduling. They represented prior to signing that their timeline beginning to end was 8 weeks to complete install. after signing it changed to 12 which moved out our timeline considerably. The owner provided a courtesy to us with our order. His son was not pleased and let that reflect on his behavior towards us. After install their were issues. we crated a final punch list and they sent out a tech. the tech did not finish and said he would come back and did not. He said I signed off on final approval. That was false. Again, the Jr of this company acting out after being angry early on. My cabinets are not done and they still have work and want final payment. I wouldn't trust them to put together a desk from IKEA. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. But, if you have endless time, money, and bandwidth for abuse, go with these guys. read more

Kitchen Concepts originally 2004-2005 replacing everything. I have loved my kitchen every since. Then I noticed that for whatever dumb reason, I never did a back splash... Chad Sr. came over measured everything I needed. Now I have to tell you that I wanted my kitchen window encased top to bottom all around. Then I had the living room & dining room window sills done since I have our dog who jumps up to see out the windows. I cannot express, I mean ESPESS HOW EXCITED I WAS TO HAVE THIS DONE 10 YEARS LATER. My kitchen still looks great so I am a very happy person.. Chad and his team have designed, built and installed all the cabinets in 2 complete houses for my wife and I. Excellent work in every aspect!!! Chad also custom built a wall unit for me 30 years ago. When I moved I had Chad remove it and resize it for my new office desk. EXCELLENT WORK!!! read more

Chad was the first company we went to for a new kitchen remodel that involved doubling the size of the existing kitchen. We received several other quotes but no other company had Chad's vision of what we needed and how best to get it. So after all the quotes were weighed up and the kitchen style we wanted was considered, together with the reputation of the company we opted for kitchen concepts and have never regretted it 12 months on. Vic fitted the kitchen, started on time and finished a day ahead of schedule. We had a couple of teething problems at the start with the slow close mechanisms on a couple of drawers which were promptly addressed and corrected by Vic. Highly recommend these guys, very competitively priced and extremely professional. Chad answered any queries we had within a few hours of asking. I have worked with several cabinet companies in the Tucson area. Out of all of the companies Chad Senior has been the most professional with the best work ethic. Our friends hired him for their kitchen remodel and they were extremely happy with his work. I highly recommend this company. Imagine you've been waiting almost a decade of dreaming of the perfect kitchen and discussing it over nightcaps - with designs, templates, colors and inspirations from magazines with your spouse to finally pull the trigger. Well that's us ( my husband Scott and I-whose post by the way just didn't seem to make it here after being posted...). We finally decided for years we may want to keep pumping ridiculous money into vacations and custom road and mountain bikes and our lifestyle that we work so hard for to give our children the life we dream for them. We decided to stay at our house long enough to make the investment of a complete kitchen remodel worth it instead of moving to the foothills. We love being central and in the midst of it all. But you shouldn't have to tell that to your kitchen designer right? We saw Chad three times total when things went from great to gone . First for an initial visit and measurements, second for a visit to the show room and look at his drawings/computer program designs for the first time and third for what was supposed to be a bid with our general contractor- after looking at the old and not cookie cutter house schematics that we love so much. By the way our kitchen leads right to our patio and double lot yard that we love most of all. We enjoy looking at the birds and the squirrels squabble every morning that inhabit the large very old trees in our yard while drinking coffee. This is over descriptive but so important about our last and final experience with our designer, aka kitchen concepts. We have a pole like beam in the kitchen as a part of the counter top area at the end of the counters and the designs that we got seemed to be based in this one piece being permanent or staying and the how etc. chad jr had helped chad senior come up with a great idea to make that pole a part of a wall that would fit nicely into a transformative design BUT IT WOULD BLOCK OUR VIEW TO THE PATIO. The contractor who is wonderful at listening understood and started investigating the Structure and he and chad SR talked amongst themselves of whether or not this pole could come out and other schematics of our home. I walked away for one minute as the neighbor rang the door bell to give our 6 year old Halloween candy (since Covid ruined trick or treating for the most part... oh and kindergarten...) and I let her know we had an appointment, came back in the kitchen and all of a sudden things seemed heated and very awkward. Then, I heard chad senior say that we were wanting to make our project too expensive and we're wasting each other's time- wasting his time. WOAH. I said I'm sorry but what just happened here what did I walk into?? We're very serious about getting this kitchen done that's why we're here and how does anyone know what we can't and can't afford. Keep in mind we hadn't talked about any numbers at that point but we knew we'd be spending a pretty penny based on recent family members renovations. On a side note- my husband and I make great money. We'd spend whatever we wanted to get what we wanted and that's why we work so hard. By then, my husband was so offended and for me it hadn't hit me yet. It was surreal. I don't even have time to eat lunch while I'm working to make money and my husband runs a dealership and at that point our time has really actually been wasted. Still can't believe it. My husband walked everyone out (holding back his rage) and both of us were in complete shock that this guy literally said we can't afford this project. It's really aggravating that now we have to start the process over from square one when we really don't have time to waste. At that point he was so rude and impatient with our questions or the fact that we may change the floor plans but really- maybe not we may have kept them. I really feel that this rating should have be a one...my husband argues a zero but it did start well so I'm being generous with a two. I'm honestly really upset that we were about to get everything done and we know exactly what we want and literally THEY WASTED OUR TIME. Don't come here if you plan on asking questions in trying to see someone else's vision because they don't really care about yours- in your own home that you live in. Find someone that will be inspired to have you enjoy your window to YOUR FAVORITE PARTY OF YOUR HOUSE- like our patio. read more

I had new kitchen cabinets and countertops installed in January. My entire experience with Kitchen Concepts was outstanding. They let me take a lot of samples home, and did not rush me. I can take forever to decide, and they were very understanding. They did the work on schedule, and on time. There was one very minor problem that was fixed immediately. I was happy with the cost and the work. read more

Kitchen Concepts has integrity, are extremely reliable, helpful, kind and patient beyond measure and truly do the best for their customers. They truly went out of their way to assist us. in so many ways- From design to cabinet colors etc. Chad Sr. who is more than knowledgeable as a former cabinet maker was our primary and Chad Jr, Annie and Vic helped as well. They are all wonderful and super nice to deal with. When they found a crack during countertop and sink install, Annie saved us by finding a replacement sink from a company no one had heard of before (new contact-yay!) It is an odd shaped sink and counter was already cut. We had company coming and there were other delays so we were a bit stressed. (Since we were washing our dishes in the guest tub) and they made it all happen. I will only use them for further updates down the road. The embody what customer service should be and I am more than grateful. read more

We truly enjoyed the experience of working with Chad Sr. at Kitchen Concepts. He understood our shortened timeframe and got back to us within days with a nice drawing and quote. He came over to measure, took pains going over the contract with us and writing in every single detail/measurement that had changed, gave us dates and times for each sub-contractor who would be coming by, and followed up on every detail. I wish every single contractor we ever worked with was as thorough and easy to work with as Kitchen Concepts! They do accept credit cards, but you get a discount if you pay by check. Price was reasonable and fair, and he even kept track of a post-installation issue we had with a mirror. You can't go wrong working with these guys! read more

We had a terrible experience with this company. After waiting for months for our cabinets to be manufactured, both Chads blew up at us over some common sense Covid safety precautions we asked to be followed. Just one month from our project start date, they abandoned our project, leaving us to start all over again with a new contractor and wait months for new cabinets to be manufactured. Avoid these people at all costs. They are tempermental, irrational, unprofessional and have the worst conflict resolution skills we've ever seen. The only reason we're giving them a 1-star rating is because this review wouldn't post without any stars. read more

It's rare that complete customer satisfaction is truly the mission of any company, but it was so clear to us in each interaction with Chad Jr. that he wanted us to both love our finished kitchen and be completely satisfied with the remodeling process itself. So dissapointed that i invested hours with this company, seemed legit after first two appointments then Craig Sr. decided to throw a childish tantrum while my wife was simply trying to ask questions to understand the complete remodel of our kitchen.
