The two people working the register didn't know the inventory and couldn't help. The other person who I asked for assistance wouldn't leave their restocking to assist me. The problem is that the store is so overstuffed that it's cluttered. They should remove about half of the food items and spread the shelves out so you can have room to stand back and see things. I don't think shopping at World Market should feel like shopping in a Moroccan bazaar? At least in the bazaar the sellers know every inch of their inventory.

On November 22, 2025, I filed a claim for a ripped flip-down table. Since then, I have experienced a series of administrative failures and misinformation: - Initial Delay: A technician did not visit until December 9, 2025. - Misleading Information: Despite being told in December that a replacement part was ordered, I discovered through the portal that the order was not actually placed until January 9, 2026--the same day I called to follow up. - Incorrect Part: After waiting until March 3, 2026, for delivery, the part received was incorrect. - Communication Failure: I have submitted photos of the incorrect part via the portal per Bobs request and responded to their specific email requests three separate times. Despite this, I was told that my claim is being restarted due to a perceived "lack of response" on my part. I have spent hours on the phone attempting to resolve this, only to be redirected to generic email addresses that clearly do not track my submissions even while I was on the phone with the agent. March 19, 2026 - Starting this process over after four months of waiting is unacceptable. As of this posting, I am waiting for the 2nd tech appt that is to occur today, thus starting the process over after 4 months of no resolution.

Some of the scents include "Fiji white sands," "iced lemon poundcake." "champagne toast" and more. They have perfume, candles, beauty products, practical products like shampoo and scents you can use in your house or car. Pretty much anything you can attach a scent to, they are likely to have. There is plenty to look at and I do like their products.

They recommended the wrong air filter, according to the Filtrete air filter representative…read more I ask the Lowe's employee which had the best air flow. He said the lowest number has the least air restriction. I normally use a MERV 8. I didn't get the "lowest" MERV rating this time because it looked like it wouldn't stop dust (rocks maybe- ha ha). I bought the Filtrete MERV 5 filters. After I got them home, and installed them, I saw that they had a very wide border compared to my MERV 8 filters. I contacted Filtrete directly and their customer rep said that because of the wide border, the 5 has the same air restriction as the 8. Plus the rep said (now get this), their MERV 13 has the "least" air restriction. I explained what the Lowe's employee said, and the Filtrete rep said.... " the MERV 13 has the least air restriction"! I wish Lowe's knew about the MERV 5 vs. the MERV 8, and that the 13 has the most air flow ( least air restriction). I kept the email conversation with the Filtrete rep. This is very confusing. It makes NO logical sense to me, unless Filtrete is lying!!!!! Somebody is lying. I'm not wasting my gas money to go back to Lowe's over two filters. I wish Lowe's would meet with Filtrete to get the correct information.
