One of these screws ended up in my tire, which I took to Discount Tire to be repaired (they completed the repair at no charge). While Vista Pros did offer to pay for the repair, my concern was the inconvenience of having to deal with a flat tire due to the debris left behind. They also offered to return to clean up the yard, but I had already cleaned it up myself by that point. One of the installers was a smoker, and I noticed a strong odor of smoke inside my home during the project. In my personal opinion, the overall experience fell short of what I consider professional and satisfactory. They provided two maintenance visits with the new AC unit. When they came, it was during the wintertime, so they inspected my heating system. I was told the blower motor needed to be cleaned because it was dirty. They told me the circuit board had burn marks and needed replacement. Because I wanted to be sure, I had a third party inspect it, who stated the board was functional and did not need to be replaced. When the company reached out to schedule the second maintenance visit, I declined, having decided to no longer use their services based on my previous experiences. When I informed them of my decision and my reasoning, I felt their email responses were overly pushy in trying to get me to schedule or use their services again. They did offer to try to make things right, but I chose to move forward and decline further contact. When I posted my initial review, the company emailed me claiming that attempts to damage their reputation are considered defamation and can warrant legal action, while requesting that my post be accurate.
