I made a quick run to Ace to see if they had any replacement clips while he checked his truck for any spares. When I came back empty handed I found him using the one good clip I had from the second shower as a template to make a new clip out of wire from his truck. Instead of being stuck w/o water all day while driving across town to plumbing store to find the part, this guy had me up and running in 30 extra minutes.

I cannot say enough good things about Silverado Rooter and Plumbing. They have helped me in my…read morepersonal home, my commercial buildings, and across both my short-term and long-term rental properties -- and every single time they have been fast, professional, and incredibly efficient. They show up when they say they will, diagnose the issue quickly, and fix it right the first time. As a property owner and business owner, that reliability is priceless. If you need a plumber you can actually count on, Silverado is it. I highly, highly recommend them and will continue to use them whenever I need plumbing support.

I decided to replace both flush valves so the new homeowner would have updated parts under warranty. The guest bathroom repair was done correctly, but the master bathroom toilet -- which had absolutely no issues before -- started leaking after they replaced the flush valve. The leak came from the tank bolts underneath the toilet and ended up damaging a shelving unit in my bathroom. To be fair, Salvador, Emmanuel, and Crystal were all polite and professional throughout this process. The company also corrected the water heater valve issue quickly after it leaked overnight following the flush. However, the toilet leak has still not been resolved after multiple return visits, including tightening the bolts and replacing the gasket. I even had to miss work waiting for additional service appointments. Now I'm being told I may need to replace the entire toilet for a problem that did not exist before the work was performed. I'm already paying nearly $200 out of pocket for a new toilet, and they still want to charge me another $175 for installation on top of the original approximately $500 bill and the damage caused to my furniture. I understand mistakes happen, but this has turned into an expensive and frustrating situation for something that originally was not broken.

We contacted a couple of local appliance repair shops, and they quoted us a huge price, and we'd have to wait for them to order parts. We decided that we could live with it as it was. Around the holidays, the oven went out, and that forced us to actually get it fixed. In the years that the burner was inoperative, I had asked many of our other trusted service people if they knew any good appliance repair guys. Our HVAC guy mentioned Roadrunner, so I gave him a call. Lionel responded quickly, had the part for the oven on his truck, and fixed the burner without having to order anything. And at half the price the others had quoted for just the burner. An added plus was Linoel's extensive knowledge of the area and Ft. Huachuca, where I served in 1970.

Our dryer had the heating element go out, and then within 9 months go out again. He replaced the element for service/install costs and did not charge for the parts. I always find him courteous and helpful. We had one incident where he was later than planned due to a car accident and he needed to obtain a rental vehicle. I never hesitate to contact for repairs.
