Blink and you may miss it. But, if you own a vacuum or a sewing machine, this is a great business to know about. Staffed by a family of long-time sewing machine and vacuum experts, they can answer most any question that you can throw at them. They know their appliances. This kindly family is most helpful, too, giving free advice and suggestions, for instance why to stay clear of certain vacuums. Not only will they service your machines, they have a really good assortment of parts and accessories for sale, and even a couple of boxes of odds and ends of vacuum parts, should you be missing a brush or such. He said he would be back in a week at the latest after ordering the part, but the actual repair ended up being quite a bit later than he said (it was rescheduled twice, though once was my fault). The actual repair was done quickly; the repair man seemed friendly and knowledgeable, and our stove has been fixed with no issues since then (though the price seemed a bit high). I appreciated that he always arrived within the time window given. I would recommend them for appliance repairs!

So I figured there was some negation room as far as price, well when I started to try to negotiate Kevin wasn't interested in the least not one dollar and he seemed to be getting irritated by me offering less. Well fine my wife and I wanted the fridge so we agreed to what he was asking $1200. Well i figured since I was spending that amount of money that there would be a little flexibility as far as the delivery charge and at first there wasn't at this point I was ready to walk away from the deal but seeing that Kevin agreed to knockoff $25 and take our old fridge to our rental property. All was good and fine except on the day he delivers his helper boy called in sick and Kevin had to do everything himself and he just seemed to have an unpleasant attitude. He did everything he said he would but I just didn't get the feeling he was happy about having our business. So I would rate the last experience a two. So I sort of averaged the two and five rating and gave them a three. Conclusion: No price flexibility they do what they say they will do, although not always with a smile.

The technician misdiagnosed my dishwasher and quoted over $300 for the repair, with a second diagnosis costing even more. During the inspection, he used a metal wire brush without disconnecting power, causing sparks to fly. Shortly afterward, my electric oven/stove stopped working as well. (I have warranty so l've already scheduled a repair with Home Depot) Communication was unprofessional, including inappropriate comments directed at me. I later had another technician from a reputable company diagnose and fix the actual problem for just $100. Based on my experience, I would recommend using caution and look elsewhere.
