Story- He sent a technician to my rental in Santee, who provided a quote that I agreed to. After that, Paul called me, and even though I confirmed multiple times that I wanted to move forward with the service, he kept bringing up a phone call from nine months ago--early 2026--when I contacted him at 7 AM PST. I explained that I'm in Eastern Time, but he continued questioning why I would call at that hour and lecturing me about my 'attitude.' He even warned me to call another company and claimed it would cost over $400. Mind you, i kept telling him 3 times that I want to move forward. Paul kept lecturing me despite so I hang up the phone. He even yelled at and argued with my property manager a few months ago over the same issue. For the record, Paul has been my go‑to service provider for both of my rentals in Santee and Lakeside. Over time, however, his attitude has gotten progressively worse. I tolerated it because I assumed he might just be having a bad day and I wanted to support a local business. But I couldn't believe the way he spoke to me during this recent call. He has a consistently nasty attitude, and I'm certain I'm not the only person who has experienced this. Paul, get your attitude straightened out. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be doing business with you again.
