I hate dealing with home repairs because so many companies take advantage of women, but that was not the case with Best Appliance Service. Vlad spent over an hour diagnosing the issue and could have easily pushed a costly repair. Instead, he recommended just buying a brand new washer based on what it would cost for him to fix it. He even fixed my microwave door, charged only the diagnostic fee, and followed up by sending links to washer recommendations. Finding a trustworthy business in 2026 is rare, but Vlad was honest, kind, and professional. He communicated clearly and truly went above and beyond.
