I was able to pick up the next day about 24 hours after drop off. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering they replaced the motor with a used motor he had on hand--such a relief since this Miele Salsa model are now discontinued. When I picked it up, everyone was so friendly and they took the time to show me how to check the beater bar for debris so I can keep it running smoothly. It's rare these days to get such great customer service! Even though I drove 30 minutes from Chula Vista (since there aren't any vacuum repair shops nearby), it was 100% worth the trip. I'll definitely be coming back here for any future vacuum needs. They mentioned that servicing the vacuum yearly would be a good idea. Highly recommend! Thank you!

I have saved bundles on appliance repair as they are not overly expensive AND it gets fixed right the first time. I called them because the water dispenser wasn't working on my own fridge and they came to check it out. I was told that they would be able to get the part and come back the next day. When I didn't hear back I called and was told that they are very busy and unable to do the repair right away. Every time I called there was an issue with availability or that they were in a different area that day. In addition, I found the part on amazon for half the price. I understand that it's difficult for them to schedule a repair time until the actual day (at 10am they tell you when they can come that day), however I still haven't received a call back-and it's been 2 wks, so I just looked it up on youtube and did it myself. It's unfortunate, because I had always liked their service prior to this.
