I also ask if the harness that was plug and play for my truck was in there or if I could purchase it. They told me everything was included. What was included was the wiring to splice into a wiring harness, not the actual plug my truck was already wired with and I knew existed. I then had to order the "plug and play" harness and wait several more days. Overall, the staff was friendly. There's a wide selection of trailer supplies. The value is terrible and I'd check online before spending money here.

After making my decision I reached her to make my purchase but I had to come in. No special ID or anything different as to why the purchase couldn't have been made over the phone. She made sure to point out what Javier told me about the truck was wrong information. Hers ended up being wrong too. At purchase, I was told delivery would call for expected delivery between 11-2. I got a call from the guy outside my door at 2:45. Being mindful of a customer's time would have created a better experience. Found out they don't make the cartridge for my sink and was told that I needed to just get another sink and faucet. A customer pulled me aside and told me to go to Valley Industrial Specialties.
