She made sure to point out what Javier told me about the truck was wrong information. Hers ended up being wrong too. At purchase, I was told delivery would call for expected delivery between 11-2. I got a call from the guy outside my door at 2:45. Being mindful of a customer's time would have created a better experience. Rachel also could have been a bit more friendly, less short and matter of fact. Smiles always help make a persons day. Maybe she needs a vacation.
