I wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star. These guys, specifically Derek, have the absolute…read moreworst customer service I've ever seen. I had a small antique motor that I had questions about a repair so I called a few times and even emailed and sent pictures trying to get an estimate on what could be done with zero response. After finally getting a hold of them over the phone they said "oh yeah we saw that, not sure if we can do anything send more pictures and we'll let you know" zero response. Call back and after several left messages and no return calls I get a hold of them again and decide to come in person to have them diagnose the motor. In person Derek was friendly, the other older guy was standoffish and short and clearly wanted no part of our business, but then same thing all over again, dropped the motor off "I'll let you know in a few days" and nothing. Numerous phone calls and voice mails with zero response. Turned my caller ID off and finally got Derek on the phone only to be met with more excuses, more I'll get back to you in 5 minutes and nothing. Finally gave up and drove down and just took the motor back after MONTHS of being ignored. If you don't want to do the work, fine, I get it. But have some decency to be a man and tell the customer. Don't make excuses and NEVER follow through on anything. This is an absolute clown show of a business with the king bozo in charge. I'll be happy to show receipts on this entire debacle to keep these guys from getting any future business.

NO Call, so I tried calling several times over the next 2 weeks, no body picked up the phone, or returned my messages I left. I did get a text with pictures of my motor apart, now waiting for parts. 2 more weeks with no answering the phone, or return messages, they did finally pickup the phone Nov 7th and said my motor was done. $295.00 come and get it. I just picked it up and they painted it grey with who know what kind of paint. So I am not happy with the price, contatability, or fact they didn't do as I asked. Seriously!

I called about 7 other places first, and struck out with every other one except one place, but I needed it done now and they were busy. The owner, Joel, said he was able to help me so I drove to his shop to save time. He worked on my project right away and had enough experience to ask the right questions before doing the work I was asking for. The job came out great and I am very happy to have met Joel. I'm keeping his business card for future projects.

Highly recommend Mike G #110 for appliance service!

Fernando, the technician who came to my house, was unresponsive to any request for follow through after telling us he had to order a part. I called the next day, was told the part should be in and they would be back to fix my washer within 5 business days. Called back only to be told it could take "up to 14 business days" for my parts to come in, and once they get delivered to my house to call back. Yesterday I received a part and called to schedule the repair. Guess what?!?! Now there are more parts which were ordered AND those parts are on back order with no estimated time for arrival. After 20+ years in the Navy and dealing with logistics, I get setbacks and developed quite a bit of patience. But this company seems very sloppy and not very forthcoming with information. Misinformation, lack of communication, uncouth repair technician, constantly in the dark about this situation all make it seem like something "fishy" is going on. Never had this many issues with a repair company. With a large family (of 6) and all of us active, we need that washer. How this company stayed in business so long is beyond me.
