Best Appliance Service gave me a good quote, and Rizvan came out to take care of it. Everything went smoothly, and we're really happy with the service and quality of the work.

Based on our conversation, he advised us to contact LG directly because he believed the refrigerator was likely still under warranty--and he was absolutely right. Instead of charging us for a service call, he pointed us in the right direction and saved us both time and money. In this day and age, it's refreshing to find a company that values honesty and integrity over making a quick profit. I truly appreciate Vlad's professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Not only will they service your machines, they have a really good assortment of parts and accessories for sale, and even a couple of boxes of odds and ends of vacuum parts, should you be missing a brush or such. I paid him, he ordered the part to be installed 5/3/21. 5 days later the tenant using the fridge informs me it's still leaking, I call 5/12 multiple times with no answer, I email no answer. I was able to get him on the phone 5/13, and he went to check fridge for same issue 5/14. He claimed there was a piece of foam stuck in a hose causing the leak, but that he removed it and all is well now. Well the very next day, I talk to the tenant and she says the fridge is still leaking. And Juan advised her to call him if there are any issues. This bothered me, Bc the tenant is NOT the paying customer. I PAID and I am having a hard time reaching him. Long story short 6/13, I have the same Problem with the fridge. With no response from Dr Appliances. It's extremely frustrating, I am being strung along so the warranty will end up void and he won't be responsible anymore.

There's so much to see, so bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and comfy shoes since the ground can be uneven. You'll encounter steps, slopes, and some dirt paths. The parking lot is small and fills up fast, so I like to get there early, especially if I'm doing a big plant haul. It can be tricky loading plants when you're parked far away. What doesn't this place have? There's an onsite bar and grill that's dog‑friendly, has live music, and serves brunch on weekends. There's also a cute boutique flower/gift shop with curated items perfect for any plant lover. They offer free local classes to help educate the community -- I've taken the shrub class, but they have tons of gardening‑related workshops. They have chickens, birds, turtles, and more. They care for and rescue animals, which is amazing. They sell compost, and they have every plant you can imagine, plus a large selection of seeds, pots, tools, beekeeping supplies, and canning equipment. I love that this is a neighborhood, locally owned nursery that truly gives back. They do so much to educate the community and promote sustainability. Please support them and get your next plant baby here. A perfect place for kids and pups!
