His price for fixing the washer was very reasonable. But because of his kind help we ended up being able to do it ourselves. This company is definitely not just out for your money. They didn't deliver when they said they would and came at the one time during the day I had asked them not to because I had a conference call. They sent one guy to deliver the washing machine and take out our old one. He dented my refrigerator and scratched my wall in the process. I did not immediately notice because I was working and have children and was busy. When my husband contacted them a few days later, they avoided his calls, never called back and sent a text message that basically said they didn't believe us. Shame on them for treating customers so poorly. I wonder if the IRS knows they only take cash.
