Fantastic service from start to finish…read more I brought my (very slow) laptop to Detor Computer after 1. forgetting my Windows password and 2. ending up with a boot-up error that made the laptop unusable. I requested an appointment over email and Alan got back to me very quickly. He was able to get my laptop up and working again, remove my Windows password, and even performed a tune-up. Now my laptop is working great, and way faster than before. Alan also kept me informed throughout the entire process, and was happy to listen and answer questions at every stage. They did an amazing job. However I would like to review the most recent experience(Nov. 2023) I called a few weeks ago, spoke to Vinny about building him a brand new monster PC. A streaming computer second to none! He referred me on what parts exactly were needed to buy to build this, we brought everything to Vinny upon arrival. He actually came in on his DAY OFF Thanksgiving weekend to build and complete this for him.
