by far the worst place I've ever done business. So after a front screen back screen battery…read morereplacement screen protector in case $500 for them to give me a cheap case the phone to fall and drop and break the front glass in that case after specifically asking for a drop proof case they said there was nothing they could do for it the next day got the back glass replaced the battery or so I thought paid my remaining balance called two days the battery was still acting up, not carrying charge. They said to bring it in because of work they couldn't come in later in the week where they said do nothing about the glass because it was dropped, even though I asked for a drop proof case they gave me some cheap case that did nothing. I ended up debating on getting a new phone so I left came back a almost 3 weeks later because my screen was completely They told me they didn't replace the battery that they just cleaned up the wires last time that the battery might need to be replaced this time with the lady said I paid for a said no you didn't. All we did was clean it. I agreed with it gave phone. They fixed the front glass came back and the guy was like yeah we had to replace your battery too and I was like well can I see my second because I can't find the receipt for it after 40 minutes of arguing with me back-and-forth about my battery not being replaced found out that I was charged for a new battery but never received received it so inconveniently me one as a courtesy. If I would've never asked about the battery, how would I have ever known that they even replaced it but charged me for it I find this completely shady and unprofessional after two different employees argue with me and said that I did not have my battery replaced, but I was lying that I was charged for another battery until they finally pulled up the receipt and prove that I was charged, but apparently never received it. Going to get my glass fixed again have a $200 bill forgot my wallet paid for half of it I would come back with the rest. They me an ultimatum and if I don't come in and pay that they were pressing who should the charges be pressed on because I had to wait a whole month to get my services when the Shoes on the other foot you guys deserve it right dead and there completely unprofessional will never do business with them again worst experience I've ever had with any kind of repair shop highly un recommended

Young lady behind the counter came longer and asked if she could help, told her what I needed and in return gave me 2 options. I could email what I needed to her and she would print them for me, but she had a few jobs before mine or I could email them to a self serve copy machine and I could do them. The young lady looked at me and said no worries I will walk you though the steps. Within a short time the print job was done. I have been to other depot stores that are clueless to customer service I only hope that soneone from this Staples reads the review and complements Mary Rose Thank you #Maryrose your customer service skills are excellent.

I've been here twice with two different MacBooks. The first time I needed my screen replaced. I…read morewaited a few days for them to order the parts and then was given back a MacBook with a dented screen. When I complained saying I didn't agree to pay for a damaged product the guy reminded me that I had already signed an agreement (I did, but that doesn't make it right) and that all sales were final. A few years later I came with a different MacBook that wasn't charging. I was told over the phone that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. So I declined their business. I then went over to Ithaca Mac Repair who told me all I needed to was to clean the charging port with rubbing alcohol. Overall the customer relations were horrible, and they did not do quality work whatsoever. Mabe no one will ever see this review because of the messed-up algorithm, but if you do please don't give this shop your business it's not worth your time or money.

I feel like they have a team although I only saw one person working. I had my s8 screen repaired along with a new case and glass screen protector. They had it done the same day! Other local companies had to send it out. So glad I came here.
